The Apukuna Breath Medicine series of mixes is a gift in support of personal healing, transformation and growth. Our breath is the most readily accessible medicine available to us. There are many ways to work with our breath and this series is in support of your practice. These particular breath medicine journeys are inspired by my own practice that is most similar to Holotropic Breathwork. For me, the breathing is deeper, a little faster, only through the mouth and only through the chest. Many others can find great benefit through the nose or using the belly. Best advice... experiment and listen to your body. With love from the mountains.

Beautiful Shaked Gur and I brought the magical Blindance movement to the amazing gathering - Loveolution Festival. 2 hours workshop of free dance with blindfolds.
so the set was a little bit shorter then the regular session, but, very deep and powerful. i played with my computer on bluetooth, without headphones or any controller filters. still i feel the story of the set channeled ( is this a word? ) in a beautiful way. so i decided to share this one with you - for loving & healing.

This 3 hour journey was recorded in the sweet morning hours of the Ambyss Stage, in the middle of the vortex portal that was and is OZORA Festival:  

Lovingly named a "Psychedelic Tribal Gathering", this visionary festival really cracked my artist-heart & elder-raver-spirit open...I had multiple moments of releasing tears from the beauty around me:  from the exquisite electronic music, to the visionary art surrounding me, to all of the diverse open-hearted humans swimming in my field:  reminding me of the spiritual roots of house-music and rave-culture that shaped me in the late 90's, and continues to shape me...such a blessing to receive this medicine.

To be able to weave my musical contribution into this rich-tapestry was an honor, and enlivened my artistic spirit (who does not enjoy formulas or being put into boxes)...I loved being in an open space of infinite possibilities, and I bow to the open minds & souls that received these frequencies:  journeying between Ambient, Medicine Music & no tracks above 90 bpm, creating a sweet-womb-cocoon for the morning.

Deep gratitude to the OZORA krew, especially @bodoo for inviting me (and curating so beautifully) & beloved OZORA family @mike-stellar, Nina & Mestre Braima Galissá for rooting me in tribe vibes <3

The End of the Beginning marks the end of the first musical creation phase of my life, where I have provided track lists for numerous musical journeys and ceremonies, mostly for small groups of friends, but also for events like Borderland (Scandinavias version of Burning Man - http://theborderland.se/ )

The End of the Beginning is my first journey mix, where I have worked on a seamless musical mix for journeys within.
At some track transitions nature sounds are used, for others a track is mixed into the next. For a few silence is used. This is done, as it for me is important to focus also on the silence and ambient sounds of our planet. It is from this, that the music arises. "Part 1 - Settling" is meant for settling in, arriving at the place where you listen to this music.
"Part 2 - Going Deep" is meant for the real work, where you on your journey travel within. The music can here help you experience different states and emotions and will guide you through
"Part 3 - Coming Back" will be posted in the near future , and is meant slowly to bring you back, letting go of your inner work, and integrate it in a state of celebration in a space of love and light
