A Synth intro to my very confusing, very uncohesive first EP. This song sounds nothing like the rest of the album. That's probably a bad thing they shoud've all sounded like this. Track 9 is the closest I guess

Cinnamon Swirl

A really awful song that is difficult to listen to and even harder to enjoy, but hey I like it and so did my roommate colin who doesn't normally like my music so give it a whirl! Thanks for the vocals Earl Sweatshirt he totally told me I could use these so thanks man.

Garbage for dinner (ft. Earl Sweatshirt)

Hard to consider this a full track, but it has the skeleton of a cooler song. Thus, bones. Got me a 100% in my class so I'm playing with house money at this point. It's big and messy and noisy but I think it just sounds so epic. If you like this one even a little I have way better songs so go listen to those.

Bones

This, again, was an assignment. This definitely is not good enough and should not be uploaded it's almost embarrassing but this album is documenting my developmental process, and at the time this was the best I could do. I'm still proud of it in a way. If you get over the fact that it's very very very amateur, I don't think it's substanceless.

Fun for Work

This is actually an Emmet cohen sample, but you can't even tell. Also don't tell him. It's pretty lofi and also started out as an assignment although I never wound up submitting it. Unfortunately I don't know how to mix and master especially lofi music with a huge emphasis on middle frequencies so it doesn't sound good but that's okay.

I've got a mix

This was my final exam in my Ableton class, and I got a 100% on it, so I'm basically one hundred percent certain it's a great song and I won't accept other thoughts. It has earl sweatshirt vocals and 2 james brown samples which I did not ask for so thanks to them for providing those unknowingly. As crazy as it sounds, this is probably one of my most ambitious and detailed works so far, and I think it was a mark of solid improvement despite having obvious issues.

earl-y whale gets a bad grade

This was the first song I ever made that I love, that I loved making, that I love to listen to and appreciate. It's very detailed, it's made entirely of samples no percussion or instruments. It's glitchy and dark, and not in any rush. I hope you enjoy it, but this one is mostly for me.

Ear to the Ground

Well, we've reached the end of our journey across my very first ep. I hope you enjoyed it. I sure did. This is the clip I used for the intro, but with some very cool drums added. Just remember, you're here, right now, which means you are at the beginning of a long journey that we will go on. I want to thank you for being here at the very start, your support means everything. I put everything I had into these 10 songs, for as flawed and naive as they are. Thanks for seeing my vision and sticking by.

The Egyptians Are Safe... for now

Probably the best song I've ever made, with a hell of a verse by Freddie Gibbs. He just came into my studio one day and laid this down first try 100% true. It's really glitchy and messy but pretty detailed if I do say so my self and I think rather infectious. Thanks for listening.
