Kevin aka Phaxe has gone from a no-name to an international player of the Progressive Trance elite within no time. Dropping his artist name Phaxe in 2007 provokes few, if any, reactions. Only 4 years later he has become a synonym for upper-league party music. Highly acclaimed live sets all around the world, applauded releases, and remixes for some of the scene’s biggest names tell an impressing success story. A story that makes the man from Copenhagen repeatedly being described as a “Progressive Prodigy”.

Looking back, the evolution of Phaxe`s sound is the history of a perfect storm brewing. It starts with excessive party weekends in the late 90s, awakening his interest in electronic music production. First creative steps are taken in front of a Nintendo gaming console. Eventually this new passion leads to a professional audio engineer training in 2006. These 3 stages of Phaxe’s career are still very noticeable today: His music is to-the-floor, playful, and high-quality in terms of sound.

This irresistible mixture is first to be heard in 2007 when a Phaxe track is released on IONO Music. One year later things take off: The title “Swing King” gains euphoric feedback from both party freaks and DJs worldwide. Within no time Phaxe is producing together with artists like Audiomatic, Morten Granau, Vice, Zyce, Flegma and many others. Great compliments are given to him when the still young producer is asked to remix some of his early Progressive Trance idols like Haldolium, Atmos and Symphonix. His long awaited debut album is signed on the prestigious label Iboga.

In addition to his solo activities, Phaxe keeps up a creative dialogue with some other producers - resulting in a great variety of sound and styles. Together with Morten Granau he is known as High & Mighty, delivering deep Progressive House. The name Sinister Silence stands for a mutual project with Dan Hessner and uplifting Progressive Trance. Last but not least there is O.T.B., a collaboration with Martin Daltoft of Vice.

Despite his impressive success story Phaxe always keeps a humorous and friendly attitude which is very noticeable when seeing him on stage. In this very situation his unbroken passion for Progressive Trance rubs off on the audience through vibrant sound waves.

Brachiale Bässe, donnernde Kicks, Melodien zum Abheben – das sind die Zutaten zur perfekten Partymusik – denn nirgendwo sonst wird so exzessiv gefeiert. Längst ist Hardstyle kein Insiderthema mehr. Hardstyle ist einzigartig - zusätzliche Anleihen an House, Trance, Dubstep, Hardcore haben Hardstyle zu einem Sound für die Massen gemacht. Zum 22. Mal präsentieren Euch Blutonium und Dutch Master Works die Zukunft der Harder Dance Styles. SHOWTEK beweisen auf CD1 einmal mehr, warum sie zur Elite der elektronischen Musik gehören. Als Gäste haben sie dieses Mal die absoluten Lieblinge der Szene eingeladen. NOISECONTROLLERS zelebrieren auf CD2 alle Fassetten des modernen Hardstyles und präsentieren die neuesten Tracks ihres Labels Digital:Age.
Auf Hardstyle 22 befindet sich natürlich wie immer nur das Beste vom Besten - die größten Hits und unzählige neue und exklusive Titel. Diesmal haben es Dutch Master, Headhunterz, Blutonium Boy, Zatox, Wildstylez, Psyko Punkz, Flarup & Activator, D-Block & S-Te-Fan, The Pitcher, Tuneboy, B-Front uvm. in die Sets von Showtek und Noisecontrollers geschafft, sowie natürlich die neuesten Werke der Meister selbst.

Insgesamt 44 brandheiße Hardstyle-Hymnen. Das macht über 2,5 Stunden perfekt gemixter Partysound der härteren Sorte auf einer Doppel-CD oder als digitaler Download.


KURZBIOS:
SHOWTEK sind nicht nur die weltweite No.1 der Hard Dance Szene, sie haben auch den Crossover geschafft. Auf Einladung von Deadmau5 zeigten Showtek an SIlvester auf dem Mau5querade Ball 2011 in Edmonton , Canada wie man Party macht. Ihre laufende „F*** The System“ Tour rund um den Globus ist in jeder Stadt komplett ausverkauft. Wie letztes Jahr (wo sie quasi alle Preise abräumten) werden Showtek auch 2011 die Hard Dance Awards (Ende Februar) dominieren. Wenn die beiden sympathischen Brüder aus Eindhoven nicht auf Tour sind, tüfteln sie am perfekten Sound für neue Tracks. Ihr Sound ist immer einzigartig und immer Showtek – Popstars am Dance Himmel. Zum Start ins 10. Hardstyle-Jahr haben die Showtek Brüder (Sjoerd aka Duro und Wouter aka Walt) die Noisecontrollers (Bas Oskam & Arjan Terpstra) eingeladen, CD2 der neuesten Hardstyle Vol. 22 zu mixen. Herausgekommen ist ein Weltklasse Set mit dem Neuesten und Besten was Hardstyle zu bieten hat.
NOISECONTROLLERS starteten im Jahr 2005 und veröffentlichten ihre Tracks auf Fusion Records. ARJAN machte Hip Hop, BAS Hard Trance. Beide entschlossen sich gemeinsam Hardstyle zu produzieren mit dem Ziel, das Genre auf ein neues Level zu heben. 5 Jahre später sind sie ganz oben und gehören zu den besten DJ-Acts und Produzenten weltweit. Sie spielen jedes große Festival als Headliner. Ende 2010 haben Wildstylez (Hardstyle Vol. 21) und Noisecontrollers bekanntgegeben, dass sie gemeinsam ihr eigenes Label DIGITAL:AGE gründen. Natürlich präsentieren die Jungs einige ihre neuesten Titel exklusiv auf Hardstyle Vol. 22.

Silent Sphere is the progressive and psytrance project formed by Simon Weber (CH) and Janiv Damti (CH/ISR) from Berne, Switzerland. 

2013 Janiv joined the project, initiated by Simon in 1999. 

The key to an enduring partnership is, of course, to complement each other, and the two do so admirably. Music-wise, their various tastes and techniques combine into one unique sound, and their respective preference for studio work and performance means that both aspects are equally well covered.

The debut album “Dance” was released in 2004, followed by “Mind Games” in 2005 and “The Singles” in 2008.

Their music is influenced by progressive trance, full-on and techno – to bring joy and love to you and the dancefloors with their truly unique and cutting-edge sound.

Passion for the Techno music and its active interest to mix its sound led Fredy behind the turn Tables, at which it gives Trance and Progressive to the best one.

The year 2007 became very interesting for Fredy aka Luis Parker.
