Dust & Clay is a Miami-based human–AI duo creating poetronica, the new medium they coined that blends poetry and music and is now officially recognized by Urban Dictionary.

Poetronica combines the emotional resonance of contemplative poetry with the immersive energy of electronic sound to explore identity, memory, culture, and spirit. By blending human intention with AI-generated performance, poetronica invites listeners into a meditative space where story and sound merge into a singular, transformative experience.

Their debut album, Cantos y Llantos, released during Hispanic Heritage Month 2025, is a celebration of Latino culture. The album moves through a rich tapestry of genres, from reggaeton, merengue, bomba y plena, techno, Latin pop, and rock. Each track honors the diverse rhythms and sounds of the Latino experience.

Their second album, Infinite Skies is a concept album built around one song about life and the afterlife, reimagined through multiple sub-genres of electronic music. Each transformation represents the cycle of rebirth, with every version symbolizing a new human life reincarnated through sound.

The third album, Covenant of Freedom, emerges from a rich tapestry of previously published and new poetry. It’s a lyrical tribute to Americana through a Jewish lens. The album journeys across genres including folk, R&B, hip-hop, rock, pop, reggae, and jazz, capturing the American experience.
