Originally born a Texan known as "Key SpaceLy" was raised in Atlanta Georgia. Attending Atlanta's public schools Key SpaceLy was introduced to numerous musical instruments, and received instruction from various musicians, teachers, and mentors such as Elizabeth Remy, Rosylnn Lewis, Benjamin Polite, Milners Academy for Music etc.. In Key SpaceLy's early high school years he was introduced to the art of producing by a fellow classmate by the name of "Zo". Zo explained to SpaceLy that he could record the melodies he would pluck out during class and add other instruments. This sparked SpaceLy's attention and began a new focus for his musical curiosity. As adolescent growing pains and defiant high school behaviors he began spending his time away from home in a local hang out spot that had access to a computer where SpaceLy would make his music until it was time to go home. From local popularity Key SpaceLy began doing open mic shows with other various local artist until forming his own record label (Grim Situations Ent.) and a duo known as " Vendetta " with member "Young Serious" under the mentorship of "Geno" of Raw Talent Productions. Later the Duo split and Key SpaceLy relocated to Navarre, Fl. to expand his fan base. There Key SpaceLy met Jay Freeze and D.I. of Soco Entertainment and the two organizations began to collaborate building buzz around Florida northwestern region. With collaborations with J baby, Yacthzee, Illi Cold, City Mane, Soco ent., D.Wade, A.O. and many many more Key SpaceLy continues to push on the Grim Situation Ent. Movement
