This calming influence comes courtesy of the “bigger than life” mindset, the classic Funkadelic lesson succinctly stated: “Free your ass and your mind will follow.”

As a DJ and production team, MOONBOOTICA has represented maximum torsion since 1999. But endurance is merely one of the Hanseatic duo’s most distinguished qualities. Together they represent a bulwark against inconstancy and are nevertheless always ready to smash borders. Including their own. There are two of them, after all. A two-headed unity IS MOONBOOTICA, and that’s what it’s all about, IS: double-loaded, twice as focussed, twice as big. The double greatest. Even when Kowe Six or Tobi Tobsen should tread the boards alone,the format remains the same. Each of them is double MOONBOOTICA. And vice versa.

MOONBOOTICA’s unique lack of respect in the interests of wildstyle is both a virtue and a call to arms. If refinement of taste should run the risk of imploding, there’s no better tonic than a dose of MOONBOOTICA. The antithesis to light and minimal dictates. It couldn’t be any easier or more effective. A track, an album, a set – well-being is just a question of the right dose. In case of doubt: more is more. Whilst somehow, the love of a grand pose notwithstanding, remaining the same, in appearance and reality. Without resorting to trickery, ironic dissociation or in-jokes, MOONBOOTICA offer themselves up to the audience. As vulnerable as they are sure of victory, the duo has everything a good, open drama needs. Only that everything does not end up in pools of blood.   

When others reach for anabolics and pimp their track to the limiter with everything they can get their hands on, Kowe Six and Tobi Tobsen simply rely on where they came from. Style was laid in their cradle like a golden curb chain. Their musical trajectory, five albums and hundreds of shows prove as much. MOONBOOTICA is, by nature, greater than everything else. Greater than you or I. Greater than Tobi and Kowe even. At which point we finally come to the introductory quote from Mike Tyson -  but we don’t want to explain the fun of excess again. Born in 1991 near Strasbourg, France, Helen Frey grew up immersed in the raw energy of 90s Dance and Techno, discovered through her father’s cassette tapes. She would spend hours listening to them on a small tape recorder, unknowingly shaping the foundation of her future path. From those early days, her unconditional love for electronic music made rhythm and emotion inseparable from her identity.

In 2018, she was captivated by the power of Drumcode-style Techno—a sound that resonated deeply within her and sparked a new chapter. By 2019, she was behind the decks, first as a local artist in Strasbourg, and quickly expanding her reach to clubs and festivals across France, Germany, Switzerland, Scotland, and even Canada.

Helen released her first tracks in 2023, and in November 2024 her single HYSTERIA climbed to the top of her Spotify, becoming her most streamed track to date.

Her musical universe is more than just a genre—it is an odyssey where the relentless force of Hard Techno collides with the nostalgic spirit of old-school rave, crafting a soundscape that is both fierce and timeless

This deejay got interested in house music when he bought his first techno/trance tape. After that he soon broadened his boundaries to real hardcore. After 8 months of hard, sweaty work at newspaper rounds, he was able to buy his first set of spinning wheels at the age of 14. And that was the birth of deejay Potato. As a regular visitor of the legendary route 66, B-fifty two and Platte Zaol, he also was throwing little parties himself in several different clubs in the neighbourhood. He started to perform more frequently, with highlights of that time like Raving Nightmare (Entangled in Chaos), Reversed and several others. 
In the year 2005 he got another chance at showing his skills at Raving Nightmare, this time in the legendary Tarm Center in Frechen/Köln (Germany). From then on he keeps growing and earns his spots at numerous events in he south of the Netherlands. His sets leave such marks, that he’s asked frequently to be a regular deejay at many events. 
All kinds of mixes are floating on the world wide web, in all styles you want to hear. So search for Potato and you will find some Early hardcore, Oldskool, Classics and Hardcore mixes you definitely want to have in your download collection. One thing’s for sure: Potato is the man who knows how to make the music into a story and simply knows what the crowd likes!

Hard, harder... Sutura! Burhan Kurtcu is a german guy with turkish roots, born in Heilbronn, is also known as SUTURA. As he was 10 years old he was already fascinated by electronic music. _The scene in this time was dominated by Electro and Breakbeat. 1995 he saw Miss Djax in a club called "alte Giesserei" and he was infected by Techno music!! Through his passion for the music and a friend he started deejaying himself. First time standing behind the decks, he felt the magic of the crowd and gave him energy for the future! Half of his money earned by playing, was invested in vinyls. 2000 he was booked at the legendary "Titty Twister"... and after this performance he played numerous times in several clubs in Heilbronn. He fascinated the crowd and the crowd fascinated him! So a real Fanbase came up! Through his friend "Liquid I" he started to digitalize his arrangements. Soon his first record was released on "Notsignal" in 2004; played by several big names of the scene! Next step was done by sending many many Demo Cds to the record labels. 2006 Dj Rush heard his tracks and decided to release them on the popular label Kne'Deep records! This was the beginning of a new era! Now you can find his productions in sets of Pet Duo, Sven Wittekind, Robert Natus, Dj Bold, Kaoz, Marco Remus and many more. Since 2007 you can find SUTURA on the most popular compilations in the whole world, like Dj Rush & Felix Kröcher - U60311 Vol6! Now he played all over germany! 2008 he firstly was booked in other countries, for example in Vienna in Austria! Everyone liked him and his music and so he got more and more gigs... Then it happened, Dj Superstar Sven Wittekind asked him to produce a record for his label "Inflicted"!! It was called "Arabian nights"! Then Sutura performed at Sven Wittekinds birthday party and smashed the crowd! After this weekend ABSTRACT head Sven Schaller decided to pick him up into his agency! Releases like Abstract016 and Toolterror013 followed and the succes was massive! so be prepared for a high quality Techno act at its best!
