So I've gotten really into deep/future house lately, obsessed with guys like Tchami, Disclosure, Zhu, and of course Oliver Heldens. I love how funky and different their tunes sound, while still bringing a ton of energy. "Gecko" in particular is totally insane, but I couldn't help but imagining big chords and weird glitches underneath the main riff, and making it a bit more melodic. So, this is my tribute to the all the new deep house sounds, @oliverheldens sorry for defiling your groovy ass track and making it all noisy, but hey I can't help it. Also, shout out to @shibasan, I pretty much straight up jacked your "okay" sample cuz it's amazing.

The imprint of Swedish DJ John Dahlback, Mutants Records, are back once again with another helping of high class house music, this time in the form of the infectious Backwall. 

The fellow countryman has recently been teaming up with the likes of Jerry Rekonius with a release on RUN DBN Records as well as gaining the respect from artists such as Vicetone with his original piece 'Last Day' which saw great success in the Beatport Charts.

The 'Move Your Feet' EP opens with the original club mix - a true smash of a record. Building upon the future house sound that has swept across the house scene Backwall brings his own unique twist focusing around melodically led bass lines and a quirky popping vocal sample that takes centre stage throughout the record.

Alongside the original comes an exhilarating interpretation from the newest addition to the Mutants family, David Vrong, who has so far released a number of phenomenal records, even remixing Justin Bieber! Similarly to the original work, Vrong focuses on the bass line, this time going for a more subtle approach of deep echoing throbs over a captivating showcase of percussive elements. Certainly one made for the underground.

‘Move Your Feet’ is set for release September 4th landing as the 53rd installment from the Swedish outfit.￼
