Este poema-canción nació durante un retiro de meditación y respiración consciente en Bahía de Cinto, Tayrona. Al atardecer, sentados en círculo como una pequeña tribu, dejamos que las palabras fluyeran solas sobre una libreta, guiados por la fuerza sutil de la sincronía: esa maestra invisible que une la respiración, el cuerpo, los recuerdos y el espíritu.

La pieza es un ritual de liberación. Cada verso suelta un peso antiguo: la desconexión entre mente y cuerpo, las heridas ancestrales guardadas en silencio, las ilusiones del ego, las sombras de la ira y la ceguera cotidiana hacia el amor propio.

A través de los chakras, la letra recorre un camino interior que recupera la presencia, el flujo emocional, la claridad y el fuego vital.
Cada afirmación —YO PERTENEZCO, YO SIENTO, YO PUEDO, YO AMO, YO COMUNICO, YO VEO— abre una puerta de regreso hacia uno mismo.

Es una canción sobre volver al cuerpo, confiar en la intuición, suavizarse hacia el amor y recordar la armonía divina que atraviesa todas las cosas.

Un himno de reconexión.
Una invitación a habitarte por completo.
Un mantra en movimiento.

EDX Kicks Off 2016 With New Deep House Anthem, "Missing"
 
After a tremendous 2015 that was punctuated with being named the #1 charting Beatport artist of the year over international heavyweights like Tiesto and Maceo Plex, EDX is kicking off 2016 on a high note with his first original of the year, “Missing” featuring Mingue, which is out now on Spotify, and due out on Beatport on February 12th via Spinnin’ Deep. 
On “Missing,” EDX tabs the up-and-coming songstress, Mingue, for a modern-day performance of Everything but the Girl’s record of the same name, while infusing the track with his signature deep house sound. The track opens with a curtain of shimmering piano melodies that is peeled back to reveal a chunky beat, catchy hook, and soft, thudding bass stabs that give “Missing” a deep groove. 

The Swiss-born producer / DJ was responsible for some of the biggest tracks of the year in 2015, including his original, “Belong,” his “Indian Summer” remix of Sam Feldt’s “Show Me Love,” which went on to become EDX’s most played track on SoundCloud with over 60 million streams, and his “Ibiza Sunrise” remix of Robin Schulz’s “Sugar,” that went on to receive gold and platinum certifications in various countries. With “Missing,” EDX is looking to add to his impressive string of Beatport-dominating releases before embarking on his NoXcuses vs. Enormous Tunes bus tour that will hit major cities across the United States and Canada.

In celebration of the release, EDX gives insight into the importance of the song, “In 2007, Dubfire released his debut minimal techno record, ‘Roadkill’ and it’s a significant song in my career as I released a remix of it in 2008 that took over Ibiza and saw a ton of DJ support from Pete Tong, Armin Van Buuren, and Swedish House Mafia, to name a few. The song still brings back many good memories from that exciting era, so I decided to revitalize it with a fresh version that features my deeper, sexier style, about 10 years since its release. With the recent announcement of my Privilege Ibiza residency this summer, this new ‘Roadkill’ version couldn’t have come at a better time, and I can’t wait for you all to hear it on the dance floor.”
 
Last year saw EDX’s career reach unprecedented heights, with his remix of Sam Feldt’s ‘Show Me Love’ amassing over 60 million plays on SoundCloud alone, not to mention releasing a slew of club-ready cuts such as ‘Belong’ and ‘Revered’ that saw him scoop the award for #1 top charting artist on Beatport of 2015.
