„Der Atem des Nebels“ Atmender Nebel  (16.11.2022 ) 


In früher Morgendämmerung atmet die Erde auf. Die ersten Sonnenstrahlen durchdringen die Wolken. 
Nebelschwaden bedecken wie ein feines samtiges Tuch die Felder, Wälder und Täler.
Die Erde erwacht. Sie ruft den Wind auf das der Nebel langsam davon schwebt und die Landschaften freigibt.

Zart, flüsternd schwebt der letzte Hauch des Nebels dahin und ein neuer Tag entfaltet sich in ganzer Pracht.

Ein musikalisches Landschaftspoem.

The earth breathes a sigh of relief in the early dawn. The first rays of sunshine penetrate the clouds.
Wafts of fog cover the fields, forests and valleys like a fine velvety cloth.
The earth awakens. She calls on the wind that the fog slowly floats away and reveals the landscapes.

Soft, whispering, the last breath of the mist floats away and a new day unfolds in all its glory

Breathing Fog

You is a relaxing piano music piece released last year in December. This Live Recorded Piano Music celebrates the persons we love the most, be it family, our beloved, friends or whoever. With this piano music piece "You" from 2022 I wanted to think of all these people, but also of those who have to spend Christmas alone. Furthermore I want to thank everyone who listened to my music and supported me. Have a wonderful Christmas time. You Live Recording

My latest piano solo “Arashiyama Bamboo Grove” out now!

When you come home from a long day at work, all you need is some relaxing, calm music to unwind!

The creative idea for me to write this song is that bamboo has been used throughout Japanese history as an important material for art and music. So, it should be no surprise to find bamboo forests in Japan, several of which are located near the city of Kyoto, one of the most classic is “Arashiyama Bamboo Grove,“  have you ever been there? I recommend you to visit when you have free time, of course it also includes Kyoto.  🥰☺️🙏

So I wrote this song to express the meditative and peaceful vibes in this space to bring you the best inner peace. Unwind and lie down at ease, allowing yourself to be in this tranquility.

Arashiyama Bamboo Grove

In this mini album I wanted to explore building intensity and emotion with strings and piano. I feel both pieces are very unapologetically me, with endless layers of melodies that build throughout, grounded by the always reliable and consistent piano

Solstice was written after Equinox. I wanted to balance the vibrancy of Equinox with a piece that was more brooding and solemn, heralding the start of the colder season and longer nights.

I wanted to compose a piece that emotive, vibrant and full of colour - so Equinox was born. For both pieces I wanted to keep the focus on acoustic instruments with minimal support from electronic synths and beats. As I wrote this piece it made sense to me to call it Equinox as it felt like the start of something new, something to celebrate

The ideal way to listen would in their order (Solstice first then Equinox), but they can also be enjoyed as stand alone pieces

A huge thank you to Emma Greenhill who have brought these pieces to life with her beautiful string playing!

We in Europe have been following this election closely, and in many ways it struck us as surreal.
But now, we hope for reconciliation, for appeasement, because the world's greatest democracy must show us a nobler and more respectful image.
The free world still needs a strong America to contain the nations that are moving away from an indispensable area of democracy and freedom. The environmental state of the planet cannot afford to wait.
The essential stake which must unite us all lies in the safeguard of our beautiful blue planet.
Long live America !

Un message d'apaisement à tous nos amis américains "Red or Blue".
Nous européens avons suivi de près cette élection, et à bien des égards elle nous a semblé surréaliste.
Mais désormais, nous formons l'espoir d'une réconciliation, d'un apaisement, car la plus grande démocratie mondiale doit nous montrer une image plus noble et plus respectueuse.
Le monde libre a toujours besoin d'une amérique forte à contenir les nations qui s'éloignent d'un indispensable espace de démocratie et de liberté. L'état environnemental de la planète ne peut se permettre d'attendre.
