Can't Stay

This piece can be seen as a long road in which the human progresses little by little. A kind of slow movement that evokes a long and heavy walk in an unknown desert. The picture illustrating the song contrasts totally with the heavy and strange atmosphere of the song. The music evokes more what the cloud hides than what the beach shows, as if the visual aspect was the exact opposite of the universe proposed in audio. 

Ce morceau s'envisage comme un longue route dans lequel l'humain progresse peu à peu. Une sorte de mouvement lent qui évoque une longue et lourde marche dans un désert inconnu. La photo d'illustration contraste d'ailleurs totalement avec l'ambiance lourde et étrange du morceau. La musique évoquerait plus ce que cache le nuage que ce que montre la plage comme si l'aspect visuel était l'exact opposé de l'univers proposé en audio.

Heterotopy is a term coined by the French philosopher Michel Foucault to indicate "those spaces that have the particular characteristic of being connected to all the other spaces, but in such a way as to suspend, neutralize or invert the set of relations that they themselves designate, they reflect or mirror ».
The mirror is, for example, heterotopic, we see ourselves where we are not, in an unreal space that opens virtually behind the surface but which, at the same time, is an absolutely real place, connected to all the space that surrounds it.

Chris O & mOag - dOn't push Babe - [Electric-rOOt-mix]

Working through multiple arts (drawing, music, poetry), Michaël Koswill composes melancholic music inspired by space and silence. Initially trained in percussion, he has long explored sounds to create particular atmospheres such as choreographies or soundtracks of films whose mysterious stories are only visible in his imagination. He also writes poems, paints and draws what he considers to be "brief forms for lively gestures".

Within the artistic collective Unclearpicture, he composes and writes texts inspired by the original photographic work of Sylvain Entressangle.

Travaillant au travers de multiples arts (dessin, musique, poésie, Michaël Koswill compose des musiques mélancoliques inspirées par l’espace et le silence. Initialement formé aux percussions, il explore depuis longtemps les sons pour créer des ambiances particulières comme autant de chorégraphies ou de bandes originales de films dont les histoires mystérieuses seraient uniquement visibles dans son imagination. Il écrit par ailleurs des poèmes, peint et dessine ce qu'il considère être des "formes brèves pour gestes vifs". 

Au sein du collectif artistique Unclearpicture, Il compose et écrit des textes inspirés du travail photographique original de Sylvain Entressangle.
