At the end of the year, I'm sharing a little gift with you that might brighten your night into the new year a bit. As some of you have already noticed, my track "In Control" has not been available on the usual platforms for some time now.




I started the track as a small rebellious underground project as an homage to one of my favorite songs of all time, until it finally got a lot of attention. I decided now, to get back to this starting point and to share it with you guys for free. Happy new year folks <3

Track 2 'Imagination' further epitomizes Copini's individual sound design and structures, using different sounds to create fascinating call and responses that are a staple of Copini's music. Finally, 'Distortion Of Reality' closes the EP with incredibly unique synths, showing off Copini's capabilities in creating dancefloor-destroying set weapons.

The latest edition of our free download series welcomes Hugo Cantarra and PLN with their rework of ‘Intro’ by The XX. Hailing from France, Hugo Cantarra has been a fixture of the house music underground for the better part of a decade. On the strength of early releases via Armada and SIZE Records, Hugo established a sound that was both memorable and club-effective, propelling him to subsequent projects via Anjunadeep, Cr2, Siona Records and Ultra; amongst others. Now a staple of the melodic house scene, the French artist has the distinction of racking up 41 millions streams and 1.5 million shazams, while remixing the likes of Danny Howard, Eli & Fur, Gorgon City and Technotronic, in turn earning the praise of Adriatique, Blondish, Camelphat, Chris Avantgarde, Kevin De Vries and Vintage Culture. Also a well-travelled DJ, Hugo has shared the booth with a bevy of top international tastemakers in Adam Beyer, Carl Cox, Guy Gerber, David Guetta, Fatboy Slim, Meduza, Roger Sanchez and WhoMadeWho. A highlight and much requested track across Hugo’s 2024 gigs has been a rework of ‘Intro’ by The XX.
