Cancer sun with Leo rising, he grew up devouring hardcore-punk-rock-metal dishes, masterpieces crafted by legendary chefs of music such as Minor Threat, Sex Pistols, Iron Maiden, and Marilyn Manson, to name a few.

In the mid-2000s, his love for clubbing and electronic music was born. First in Italy, then across Europe, his 
attraction wasn’t tied to a single genre but to everything surrounding this community: a space where one could feel part of something, safe, and free to express themselves without limits.

He explored various genres—Minimal, House, Electro, Progressive, and Techno—frequenting many clubs and immersing himself in music as both an escape and a source of inspiration. 

He began recording mixtapes for him community, attempting to recreate the journey of his weekends until he was encouraged to step into the spotlight and contribute to the city’s underground techno scene.

He started playing at various clubs in Milan, including Amelia, Masada, Silicone Club (formerly Dude Club), and many more across Italy.

His distinctive sound, characterized by relentless grooves, powerful & driving basslines, sharp kicks, and richly textured electronic layers, offers an immersive journey that aims to recreate the profound sense of belonging that first drew him to club culture.

At the end of 2021, he became co-owner and resident DJ of Die Sekte/Intrsektion, one of Milan's leading underground collectives, recognized not only in Italy but also across Europe. In 2025, he decided to leave the collective to start his own project, SLATE.

He has shared the stage with notable artists such as Annē, Amanda Mussi, Quelza, Hertz Collision, Radical Softness, Lea Occhi, Laura Van Hal, Neux, Delano Legito, Beau Didier, and many more.

ROI is one of the most awake and creative minds in Spain, but also a insatiable producer, if we talk about experimenting with electronics from all levels angles. This is testified to by his Fanzine project, which he co-directs with The Panic Room.And is that, in this electronic principality, where everything is governed by concepts such as purity,elegance and devotion to music, people like ROI are admired, capable of sacrificing his best years for contributing his grain of sand to the cause, training professionals.

As a DJ he manages, without losing sight of his tendency to dance and reflect, to combine, depending on the moment, a multitude of genres with coherence and enjoyment, in parts
equal, until weaving together a story with a beginning, middle and end.

He does not lack notable virtues, but those that should be recognized most are those of perseverance in his musical project and empathy with the public on the track. of the same way, as a producer, he manages to give coherence to a wide amalgam of
influences of several decades, this unique work is very personal, and like few others, it is capable of triggering a feeling that is sometimes disconcerting, familiar and cozy at the same time.

ROI could be defined as a cultural agent, which beyond bringing a breath of air fresh to the dance floors, they tirelessly seek to renew the musical language with ideas bright lights that make that experience magical, unique, but above all, so fun as well as accessible and enriching.
