Gianmarco Silvetti is a Berlin-based Dj and producer and label owner of Secret Keywords. With his vibrant sets, Gianmarco has made a name for himself in the Berlin scene performing at clubs, such as Tresor, Ipse and Suicide Circus. We previously hosted Gianmarco in 2019 at the afterhour of our UK premiere of Parassela hosted in London with our friends of Jtseries and are now thrilled to present his set on Aria Series.

Gianmarco’s mix follows a clear line of sharp beats featuring melody, vocals and a hypnotic ambiance. (Link in bio)

For its fifteenth iteration, Reclaim Your City travels to Paris via Vienna with complementary pair Eric Fetcher and Arthur Robert taking over for a round of cold-blooded club-busting blends. Whereas the first spent the past half-decade honing his machine-based mind-control skills and abilities through a stream of EPs for KEY, Granulart and Warm Up Records, the latter broke through more recently with a quartet of pace-setting releases for Len Faki’s Figure imprint.

A full-on hypnotic affair leafing through the darker districts of dubbed-out deep techno, "RYCL.015” eases us in a sunken realm of unquiet oneiric folds and further afield, obscure crannies. Fetcher strikes first with “Arrival” - a pulsating meshwork of distressing signals going pong on the reverbs, as sturdy kick drums and skittish percussions guide the groove onto proper club-ready rails via a clinical 4x4 frame.

Then comes Arthur Robert’s “Petrichor”, an enslaving roller tailored to catch you in its intricate web of sonar-like bleeping and wild, homing hats let loose like hounds on their prey, whilst you progressively lose track of your actual environment to enter a new world of multisensory stimulation and blurred-out abstraction.

Flip the record and here is Robert’s “Centipede” taking over with an uptempo cascade of heavily delayed machine talk, dust-clogged kicks and surgical 4x4 swing bound to have everyone losing their shit in the basement with shadow-knightly swagger and in-your-face attitude. Fetcher’s closing number “Balter” adds a further hip-swaying, breaks-laden, rowdy spin to the overall forward-moving ride, but also some more warmth sound design-wise, which will most certainly find a positive echo in DJs looking for true-school hybrid weaponry - capable to keep the dancing clock ticking in full-swing, without jeopardising the after’s chiller vibes.

*As per usual, RYCL.015 comes adorned with a bespoke piece of artwork, this time courtesy of talented Dutch photographer Joris Graaf, and will be pressed on 180-gram black and white marbled vinyl for the discerning heads.

3AM based in Tbilisi, emerged in 2020, is a result of expressing a hidden personality which can communicate only through music and be open when mixing deep, energetic, as well as mysterious sounds. She is a proof of an idea, that no matter what you do in your life, what profession you may have, you are still capable to be artistic, creative and dare to touch music in most intimate way. Inspired by various foreign and Georgian artists, 3AM is trying to remain genuine and create connection with the people, giving them emotions and feelings which are product of personality development process.

"The title of the mix would be Rupture, which derived from the medical term meaning an instance where something bursts or suddenly breaks. The mix resembles the process of transformation from mentally or physically healthy condition to a rupture, which is sudden, painful and hard to understand. The initial part of the mix flows calmly, as if nothing may go wrong, but it moves towards a final rupture. Very emotional set, expressing deep inner thoughts. " - 3AM

Elisa Batti is a sound designer, producer and DJ based in Amsterdam. 
Since 2007 she has been busy as a media developer and sound designer for art installations, theater and dance pieces. 
Her works have premiered worldwide: Elbphilarmonie Hamburg, Palais de Tokyo Paris, Taiwan National Theater, Opera de Marseille, just to name some. 
Since 2015 Elisa Batti slowly but persistently stepped into the techno environment as a producer and DJ which lead her in 2018 to create her own label, together with her colleague CYB: Immaterial Archives.

I first came across Pushmann when I was buying records and started to notice his stellar productions. Proper underground hypnotic groovy techno. He has had releases on some quality labels, most notably in 2021 on Jeff Mills' Axis and Kaiser's KSR. 

He has an album coming out in May 2022 on Matterwave Records that includes remixes from Ben Sims, Alexander Kowalski, Head Front Panel and Jeroen Search. Can't wait.

I am all about quality mixes above all else when it comes to choosing my guests and Pushmann has really delivered here. It's not often that a mix really blows me away, but when I came across "Pushmann @ Tresor (Berlin) 22_02_2020 (Closing Set)" (available on Pushmann's Soundcloud page) well that mix blew the socks right off my dainty little feet!! Go check.

As a music platform, we feel like it’s our duty to both discover and maintain all corners of the techno spectrum within our values. This time SALON hosts a renowned duo that continuously develops and innovates their sound and vision. 

Abstract Division provided us with a strong set that reaches from deeper atmospheres to aggressive club sounds. The set is an energetic experience that takes us back to the dance floor.

Abstract Division is a duo formed by Paul Boex and Dave Miller. They have numerous releases on labels like FIGURE, Semantica, and of course their own label, Dynamic Reflection. The releases on Dynamic Reflection are mainly dancefloor-oriented, but still very fresh and renewing. Every release embodies the artists' own character, but at the same time, it fits into the overarching image that Dynamic Reflection stands for. On top of that they recently set up a new merchandise line and the duo will release a new EP in the near future. Also, Dave recently ‘revived’ the label Audiosculpture with his co-founders.

If this all isn’t enough, the duo also has their own club concept called DECODE. With this concept, they organize label nights in which they also manage to incorporate upcoming artists. A perfect match for the straight-up Techno enthusiast.

For now though, please enjoy the set as much as we do!

Techno hit Japan hard in the early 1990s. Surprised, Takaaki Itoh was quickly impressed and intrigued with this new sound. The unique style of beats revealed the gateway to a new world of underground music in Japan – something he had never heard before. Surprise slowly gave way to addiction when Takaaki Itoh was exposed to the sounds of such artists and labels as Underground Resistance, Derrick May, Jeff Mills, Hardfloor, Sven V?, Harthouse, Warp and Rising High. This was his sound, and deciding he just couldn’t get enough of it, in 1994 Takaaki began to organize his own techno parties in his home of northern Japan. By providing a fantastic lineup, his parties quickly became a success.
