Welcome to Cycles introducing Tornikehimself from Tbilisi, Georgia. This relatively new DJ has found a passion for Techno throughout years of being involved in his local scene and witnessing first hand the unity that this culture brings. In this atmosphere he got familiar with the music and afflicted with the bug we call the beat. After years of being a part of this community, he felt it was time to pick up the decks and pump some records. For Cycles he has prepared a bountiful mix where the grooves are plenty and the Techno goes low.

Welcome to Hxagrm Records Podcast, broadcasting from @FnoobTechno (London, UK) one Saturday every eight weeks going deep into the augmented cognition guided by artists from all over the world related to our label.

In this edition number forty, we present @Carara, a well known, respected, techno veteran DJ / producer from Berlin, Germany. 

He is the owner of @Structure-Division label and has released with a bunch of labels as Diffuse Reality, Hydraulix Rec., Gynoid Audio, Trau-ma, Combine Audio and Hxagrm Records, only to name a few. He has been part of our roster since his first appearance last March 2024 on a Various Artists called “Hologram“ [HXAGRM052] (https://bit.ly/3SIVbvz) and most recently on July 2024 on an EP called “Your Second Page” [HXAGRM054] (https://bit.ly/3VZNHqQ).

Welcome to episode 05 of the Gekiga Podcast. This week we bring you a hard hitting, hypnotic set by my talented comrade Russ (ARG). 

Hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Russ (ARG) started his DJ career in 2017.  Over the past eight years, Russ’s talent and perseverance led him to share the stage with internationally renowned artists such as Xhei, Kølpøs, and Mariano DC. 

Unsatisfied with just DJing, however, Russ delved into music production, and, soon after, he released his debut track with Cristian Varela on London’s Emphatic Records. Most notably, Russ collaborated with Mariano DC on the powerful Assassin’s Syndicate EP released on Brazil’s Primitive State Records.

Russ continues to evolve his unique sound, dropping EPs on Signal Records, Emphatic Records, Selected Records, 091 REC, Primitive State, Volk Edition, Ethnic Meeting records, and many others.

Hoy les presentamos a la siguiente artista invitada de nuestra serie de podcasts, una presencia en constante ascenso dentro de la escena madrileña, que llega con un set profundo, hipnótico y cargado de intención.

Artos, alias de Arhoa Hernández, nació en Barcelona pero encontró en Madrid el terreno fértil donde dar forma a su identidad sonora. En muy poco tiempo, su nombre comenzó a resonar en cabinas clave como LAB, Fabrik, Specka o Lasociacion, donde ha demostrado su habilidad para leer la pista y fluir entre los diferentes subgéneros del techno con naturalidad.

Su estilo se mueve entre lo deep, mental e hipnótico, creando viajes auditivos que esquivan la linealidad y combinan herramientas de mezcla con composiciones más melódicas y envolventes. Cada set suyo es una exploración, un trance que se construye capa a capa. La pasión que impulsa su proyecto se nota en su técnica pulida y su dedicación imparable al arte del DJing. 

Artos no está aquí solo para tocar, sino para dejar una marca profunda en quienes la escuchan.

Artos, the alias of Barcelona-born Arhoa Hernández, began her musical journey in Madrid, where she’s quickly establishing herself as an emerging name. In a short time, she has made her mark in some of the capital’s key venues such as LAB, Fabrik, Lasociacion, and Specka — showcasing her ability to move seamlessly across techno subgenres and adapt to the energy of the dancefloor.

- UVALL, from Tbilisi, Georgia. Born there and at the age of 23, he is no longer at the beginning of his musical journey and the refinement of his taste and style. Always on the cutting edge, he has been impressing with productions and releases on labels such as Semantica, WSNWG with Rødhåd, Float Records, Hayes, MALöR, and many many more. Already well known in our roster thanks to a previous collaboration for a remix, the talented young music producer delivers deep, muscular rhythms in his portfolio and translates this energy into a raw, dancefloor oriented session.

- Operator, there is no need to spend many words to describe one of the most talented and innovative British artists on the scene for a long time, recently appearing on [R]3volution with some remixes, he continues to produce music on his own Gnosis Records and other labels such as Mord, Ilian Tape, just to name a few;

- Divide co-owner of EvodMusic and South Berlin Studio, with recent appearances on all the top labels on the planet (WarmUp, Semantica, MindTrip, Tremsix, Hayes, to name a few), and several collaborations and remixes for [R]3volution in the recent past, Divide is like a bridge between old generations and new ones. Its sounds range from Sci-Fi techno to 90's techno, characterized by minimal sequences, heavy drum patterns, and an accurate sound design.

- PTTRNRCRRNT aka Dave Brody from Antwerpen - Belgium. Characterized by efficiently percussion tunnelling through juggled textures, PTTRNRCRRNT’s technical know-how and conceptual intentions can be masked by the efficiency and singularity of his music. Taking techno’s tendency to constantly reinvent itself as a priority and researches between experimentalism and futurism. He is one of the artists with the most collaborations within our roster (some of his remixes are memorable), he alternates his productions on our label with frequent appearances on highly referenced labels in the scene, such as Soma, Materia and Devotion among others.
