A Day in the Life EP - is the first chapter of a dedicated series fully curated by Steve Bicknell for KR3 Records. 

This bold new work by the veteran English artist provides an insight into the mind of the artist. 

Side A features three tracks by The Evader, another face of Steve Bicknell. An obscure intro leads us straight to the point: 4/4 sounds, repetitive and hypnotic, not afraid to be heavy. In fact, that's the point: to take everything that is a burden to us and embrace it. After all, there can be no light without darkness. 

On Side B, Steve Bicknell has a killer approach. A parallel rail to Side A, with a more furious, still gloomy attitude. He moves in the same direction but vents different emotions. The sound is harder, rawer, faster and more impetuous.  An outro ends the EP, as if to represent a circle closing: The first lap inside A Day in the Life.

Alexander Kowalski is a highly influential techno artist based in 
Berlin whose career spans over two decades and features music on 
record labels like Tresor, Heiko Laux's Kanzleramt and Shlomi 
Aber's Be As One. He is also an accomplished DJ who has 
performed at many of the world's most iconic festivals and 
nightclubs.

Leipzig-based Oliver Rosemann has collaborated with MindTrip 
boss Pfirter as well as solo works released on Bas Mooy's Mord, 
Oscar Mulero's PoleGroup, James Bong's RAW RAW, Grindvik's 
Stockholm LTD and his own Recorded Things label.
Expect to hear raw and hypnotic dance floor grooves wrapped in 
moody, analogue grit.

For their 6th EP, Art Bei Ton invites the talented French DJ and producer VBK. Her six-track journey explores the borders of hypnotic and trippy techno, pushing toward the uplifting side of the genre.
 
Dynamic and deep, each piece is crafted to draw the listener into a layered sonic space, balancing intensity with rhythmic textures. The EP features a collaborative track with the Moroccan artist Zaatar and a remix from Tadan.

Opening the EP with some halftime ritualistic drum sounds, "Concern" sets the tone with a hypnotic groove that gradually unfolds into a dense and immersive atmosphere.
