Dann seid ihr mit uns! Schwierig wieder Worte zu finden, wenn Ereignisse einfach nur in sich für sich in alle Ewigkeiten so stehen könnten, weil ein danach so weit weg zu wiederholen scheint. Es war ein Fest, das Subardo Festival 2025, mit euch, mit allen Artists, Unterstützer:innen und Tänzer:innen! Lasst euch das sagen, drücken, umarmen! You go around it again, think for a moment, lose your concentration, and it still stays round?  - No. Then you're just like us! It's difficult to find the words when events could simply remain as they are for all eternity, because the future seems so far away. It was a celebration, the Subardo Festival 2025, with you, with all the artists, supporters and dancers! Let us tell you that, in hugging and squeezing! "Kamai Music is pleased to welcome back Felipe Van Lagerback with a compelling three-track release. 

The EP opens with the title track "Ashei", a melodic house masterpiece featuring dry snare drums layered over a long, driving bassline. Vocal chops and synth arpeggios weave playfully with Felipe’s vocoder vocals, creating a powerful and immersive sound.

"Ochtenddauw" contrasts this with syncopation and a darker, grungier vibe, driven by an industrial break-beat rhythm and a deep bassline. Mellow pads, high-pitched arpeggios, and rhythmic vocal chops add texture and atmosphere.

Closing the EP, "Cime Nere" is a collaborartive effort with good friend Tal Groenman. The track builds ethereally with sustained dark basses and high-pitched leads. Distorted, filtered drums and trippy effects are layered with clean piano melodies, crafting the perfect sunrise vibe.

Originally from Italy and now based in Amsterdam, Felipe draws inspiration from his experiences living across different countries. These global influences shape his music, which es designed to move the body, open the heart, and engage the mind. His diverse catalogue reflects both his international roots and personal journey."

333 Sessions 010 - Moontide

Deeply influenced by ambient, world and underground dance music, her compositions are a confluence of dreamy synths, haunting dub crashes, lush tabla, percussive polyrhythms and shuffling dance beats. 
Forging a path as a performer and recording artist since 2001, Michelle is always pushing boundaries and expectations. She embarked on a lifetime of learning Indian classical music traditions and compositions and has studied with tabla masters, mainly in the Lucknow Garana, both in Southern California and Kolkata, India.
Michelle began performing live tabla with different songwriters and world fusion bands around Los Angeles. Her exposure to music from Brazil, India, Africa and the Middle East live on as a library of sounds in her mind. Melodies and rhythms from all over the globe flavor her dancefloor ready tracks.
She has performed with her project Madly in Dub (2008-2020) at Northwest festivals like Photosynthesis, Cascadia Music and Arts Festival, Imagine Festival (Orcas Island), Fremont Solstice Fest and Seattle venues like Monkey Loft, Substation, Nectar, The High Dive and The Triple Door.
Her solo, live producer performances in 2023 included NW Folklife Festival, Caravan and Cascadia Music and Arts festival. Miss Kestrel's genre expanding music has been categorized as Organic House and Folktronica.
Her second solo album “Kadupul” will be released on the multi genre label  Eklectic Sounds on April 18th, 2024
