This is my poetry. The words I am unable to speak. 

Hilkka Louhivuori is a diverse singer-songwriter/pianist. She grew up in a big musical family in Jyväskylä, Central Finland. She has worked with several groups from a cappella ensembles, funk/rnb bands and folk groups to big bands. She has a strong background as a jazz pianist but nowadays her focus is as much in vocals.

Hilkka has worked as a pianist in Finnish big bands and has composed and arranged music for big bands as well. Despite her young age, Hilkka has performed several times abroad and has been in an opening act for numerous highly valued artists, such as Norah Jones, Snarky Puppy and Janelle Monáe. 

At the moment she's writing new material for her band UNYA, which collects elements from electronic music, trip hop, global music and jazz. Her music is influenced by James Blake, Bon Iver, José González, Lianne La Havas and Bonobo. Hilkka has studied composition in The Royal Academy of Music (Aarhus, Denmark).

Hailing from Richmond, Va, This self taught crooner brings passion, care, and fun to the music scene.  Coming off his last full album release, "The Room," which won him best rnb artist awards at the annual PHL live awards, he is now releasing his new Christmas EP entitled, 'David Lyve's Christmas'.
