Michelle Ray (aka Michelle Raitzin) ​is a soulful pop singer-songwriter in Los Angeles who landed a spot on NBC’s The Voice Team Blake Season Four after attending Berklee College of Music. Michelle’s voice / songs can be heard on national commercials for Maybelline, Mastercard, JCPenney, Kimpton Hotels, Barbie Diaries, Nickelodeon, LOL Dolls, among others. Her voice can also be heard in Major Feature Film / Television show placements such as Garry Marshall’s “Mother’s Day,” Amazon Prime’s “The Expanse,” and Bravo’s “VanderPump Rules.” Michelle lent her vocals as lead singer to European pop/rock band Veil of Obscurity which finished a promotional tour to sold-out shows in Japan. While writing and recording on the regular, she also performs at Los Angeles venues such as The Troubadour, Hotel Cafe, Peppermint Club, Rockwell Table and Stage, etc. 

Michelle has lent her theatrical talents to roles such as The Witch in "Into the Woods, Klepto in “Alanis Morissette - The Album Project: Jagged Little Pill” (touring in LA and Phoenix) as well as Alyshia in the Los Angeles production of Green Day's American Idiot. 

Michelle has also partnered with a music nonprofit Notes for Notes​ (with the guidance of WME’s Endeavor Impact) and started a movement called “Wake Up To The Music Movement.”​ Notes for Notes d​ esigns, equips and staffs after-school recording studios inside Boys and Girls Clubs offering the youth the opportunity to explore, record and create music for free.
