With each year of his career passing, his role in electronic dance music has become more important. If anything, he inspires music lovers with his weekly radio show. Based on that show, is the annual compilation series, loved and anticipated by fans, music lovers and dance addicts. 2014 is going to be a year to remember for the Dutch DJ and his fans. Within the course of 6 weeks, he’ll celebrate the 650th episode of the A State of Trance radio show with no less than 9 events in cities all across the globe. Broadcast live, these celebrations reach out to millions of listeners. Next to that, Armin also hosts his ‘Armin Only – Intense’ world tour this year, with more than 20 dates in cities such as New York, Sydney, Johannesburg, Moscow and more. Next to touring the world, Armin also spends a great deal of time on the weekly A State of Trance radio show. Going strong for nearly 13 years, it was and still is one of the driving forces in his career. So is the award-winning A State of Trance compilation series.

My band Disperse is playing on a cool festival in our hometown - Cracow, and the rule of that gig is that every single participating band there has to play a cover of another band from the very same city.
We're lucky that Decapitated dudes are living there too, so we had to give a try and cover their song, we chose Spheres, coz it's probably one of the easiest song from the catalog haha
Vogg's riffs are just insane and super difficult!
By the way, I was messing around those LePou plugins and recorded a whole thing with them, those simulations sounds so good!

In 2005, band members Chris Pupecki and Chris Bevilacqua represented one half of the progenitors of Black Thunder, the debut album from Northeast perennials, Doomriders. Pupecki played guitars and Bevilacqua handled drums. Nine years later, the duo have come back together to unleash a sound and a vision much, much farther out on the plains of annihilation than either had gone prior. Recorded 100% analog by Alex Garcia-Rivera at Mystic Valley Studios, you will simply not be hearing the sounds of Wormwood on Apple commercials, in romantic comedies, or overhead while walking through the mall. Song titles and lyrics like “Hollow Black Eyes” and “I’d Rather Die” obviously convey a very specific worldview and outlook. The sonic attack is harsh, the vocals are unapologetically negative, and it’s all destructively perfect as the needle digs in across the vinyl expanse of this stunning debut. If albums from Winter, Warhorse, -16-, Old Man Gloom and Graves At Sea frequent your habitual deafening, WORMWOOD should be next in line.
 
In the straight world, “wormwood” often describes a state (or even source, when describing the woody shrub of the same name) of bitterness and grief. In the metal underground, and with the release of Wormwood, the concept is about to be cemented many times over. Time will mend our bones but never heal our souls.
 
Wormwood will see worldwide release through Magic Bullet, digitally on October 14th, 2014, and on LP -- the first pressing on smoke, black and red variations -- on October 28th. Additionally, a CD run including a limited woven patch will be released by Patac Records, and a super limited run of cassettes will be released on Negative Fun Records.

Michel Oliveira (São Paulo, October 23th, 1989) is a musician and music producer from Brazil. He is one of the Djent Metal’s precursors in Brazil. He was born in São Paulo and since his adolescence was involved by the music, he started playing acoustic guitar when he was a child. A few years later he changed the acoustic guitar to the electric guitar influenced by Dream Theater and Killswitch Engage. In the beginning he had some difficulties to keep his studies. The instruments prices and the lack of time because of studies was an extreme factor to him.
At the twelve years old he earned his first guitar and after a hard endeavor he began to play with his neighbors. At the fifteen, he got music a little bit more serious. He studied with great guitarists like Sidney Carvalho and Matheus Ferreira. At the year of 2003 he enjoyed the “Mistérius” band as singer and guitarist. That time helped him to level up his music abilities. In 2007, he was 17 years old, began investing in his solo career playing instrumental music. That period he knew the 7 and 8 strings guitars. During all this time, Michel Oliveira enjoyed Seven Seals of The Apocalypse (Metalcore), Abda Praise (Prog Metal), Silencio 7 (Prog/Djent) and Judas, o Outro (New Metal). Michel Oliveira is known for compose “Djent Versions” of Pop music, reaching the mark of 56 thousand views in his most famous video: A “djent version” for the song “Judas” by Lady Gaga.
Currently, Michel is music producer in his home studio (Sputnik Studio) in São Paulo city. He is also guitarist and singer in Code 3-7 and Seven Seals of the Apocalypse.
