hi!!!! i hope you like the first episode of my new radio show "Alive & Well" :)

i do everything in one take - i hope you like/laugh/relate to any one of my fuck ups. this show is literally like a journal for me as i pick out songs that reflect how I've been feeling. I'll be expressing how i feel about certain songs and will be talking throughout the show... or maybe not even talking at all.... it really is just up to me
