Specializing in Deep, Progressive, Melodic House & Techno, James has zoned in on his craft & dedication to the beats. Realizing it’s a gift from God. James doesn't want to waste his talent. He fully understands that it's all about the music and the people who enjoy and move to his vibe! This is why James started in the first place.

Meet the multifaceted talent born and raised in the vibrant city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, whose love for all things music has led him to become an internationally acclaimed Producer and DJ. His eclectic background and diverse cultural influences have shaped his unique sound, characterized by groovy percussions, strong baselines, and striking melodies that easily enrapture any dance floor.

As a master of his craft in areas of Deep House, Organic House, Progressive House, and Melodic House, his journey toward creating his sound never ends. He’s always pushing the boundaries, experimenting with different atmospheres, and crafting aural stories with darker undertones that have earned him admiration and respect from his peers and fans alike.

From an early age, he was drawn to all genres of music, but electronic music stole his heart at the tender age of 15. Inspired by the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Laurent Gartnier, Tale of Us, Recondite, and many others, he began to hone his skills and develop his sound. While studying music production and engineering in Argentina, he caught the attention of both his mentors, Hernan Paredes and Emiliano Folgar from the world-renowned dance music duo Interaxxis, who later cosigned his work to various projects and record labels worldwide.

Hello and welcome once again to The Depth Perception Sessions.

This week we welcome the uniquely talented Frenchman Max Tenrom to take care of Episode #109.

Bio:

Max TenRoM was born in Toulouse, the famous Pink City from Southern France. He started playing music from an early age, learning his piano skills through Jazz. Once he had become comfortable on the piano he switched his focus to synthesizers and acoustic drums. As a result, he naturally started exploring electronic music production.

His current style is hard to label as he uses his many influences to create his own craft. Usually dynamic, his productions can be soft or radically heavy, sometimes melancholic or upliftings. Max navigates between an Organic & Exotic Downtempo style and some Deep & Melodic Techno sonorities. The most important is to transmit emotions anyway.

On stage Max TenRoM mixes electronic and acoustic sounds with synths, pad machines and acoustic drums. He uses all his energy to add live Bongos and Darbouka fills to make his live-set a complete audiovisual & organic performance. He recently played with Sam Paganini, Joachim Pastor, Tebra, Sorä, Unders, Worakls, Sahalé, Dandara, Jabberwocky, Paji or Joris Delacroix to name a few, now called to open the biggest Techno and Organic House artists. Recently Max has also been selected for the BPM Contest 2023 and performed live on Clubbing TV in over 90 countries.

Counting millions of plays and regularly in the top Beatport, his music is released on various renowned labels, well received in the musical industry and supported by big channels, radios and talented artists. His tracks were played by Above&Beyond, Sabo & Goldcap at the famous Burning Man Festival, Guy Laliberté... Max does not stop at his personal project, he is also the leader of the CULTE collective in his hometown Toulouse.
