Astronaut Ape (real name — Oleg Belousov), sound producer from Saint-Petersburg, Russia and new Microcosmos Records artist, presents his debut album called The Mirror.
Oleg started producing music in 2005 from progressive, psychedelic and goa trance. Then he switched to ambient music and entirely devoted himself to this genre.
The Mirror is a classic ambient/psychill record. It consists from 8 really cosmic tracks which definitely would be a great present for all fans of psychedelic ambient music.

From ancient times to nowadays, people reach out for space. We all know this feeling when watching at the sky above in the night you experience an unexplainable desire to go there.. in your imagination at the very least.
But there are people who were there. People for whom space is not a dream but a goal. And it’s not relevant if they go there themselves or prepare the flight for someone else.
April 12 is their day.
The day when the stars become a little bit closer to us.
This album is dedicated to such people.

Microcosmos Records prepared a special present for the Cosmonautics Day, which will be very interesting for all fans of high quality chillout music — mini release of Astronaut Ape called “A Little Closer”. Oleg, author of this EP, graduated the Mozhaisky Military Space Academy, and in honour of the first human's flight to space he decided to release some truly cosmic tunes.

i've been having this dream that spans a few weeks and each night in my dream it grows less and less dark until the last few nights it stays completely light out even though there's no sun and at that point i just stop sleeping and on the last night i go outside at 4 am and the sky is blue and i go inside to grab my camera because of the way the trees look against the blue sky and my dad is in my room reading the bible on my bed with my cat sitting on his lap and he tells me that the end is coming soon

Avilente (pronounced aavi-laant) pulsates a luscious and intrinsic ambient trance experience that simulates transcendental drifts through magnificent sonic portals. With sounds ranging from tranquil meditative arrangements to intoxicating glitch seqences, Avilente thrusts the listener into multi-dimensional realms of ecstatic bliss.

The manufacturing process of Avilente began in mid-2011 as an electronic-acoustic Hybrid experiment by Faheemul Hasan, a guitarist and pianist. The music in his debut album “From Clear Spaces Within” showcases his experiments with composing and producing electronic music over a period of 2 years, being influenced by a wide variety of artists from around the world. He is inspired by many nature trips, insightful experiences and beautiful people, who contributed to the sound of Avilente within his mind.

In this hour-long album you will find an array of sounds that aim at transporting the listener into the vast, deep caverns of our minds. This is ultimately where these soundscapes take form and shape, to captivate and to excite us.
