Amritone is the new project of Alexander Zhikharev for own music in styles such as chillout & psychill, psybass, dark & hypno techno, deep prog house, experimental and psyprog breakbeat. For more than 20 years of making electronic music under the different names (Parallax Breakz, Para-Dise, Tandavibe, Infuzoria) he released several albums and hundreds of tracks on different labels around the world. "The long awaited treasure is finally within sight. You’re deep within a damp cavern, the smell of stale air invading your lungs with each passing breath. Many secrets are held inside this ancient place, but you finally have hands on what you came for. You run your fingers across each facet of the newfound prize which now sits safely hidden within your coat. Now for an exit. Without warning, the innocuous rock planted firmly beneath your feet morphs to the worn concrete of a city street. Odd, you think. Teleportation wasn’t an expectation of the trip. Even in the pitch black night, you can make out a figure in the distance. Shadowy yet bright to your vision. He begins to speak as he approaches, but his language isn’t discernible. Blips, crackles, and mutant gyrations. So foreign, but somehow you recognize a pattern. A message. “Wake up,” it says.

This is only one telling of “Paper Tales”, an EP from master of audio Fine Cut Bodies. Swirling, meticulous sound design is the focus of many of his tracks. Expertly blending psychedelic modulation with cinematic themes, each song acts as its own page of an adventure still in the making, a coloring book with the lines yet unfinished. Truly a testament to a perfectionist nature, some songs included here have taken shape over the course of years rather than mere hours or days. Mobitex- Summer Chillgressive Set 2018

Venus Meditation (SuKhush Remix) - B. Ashra

The vision driving SuKhush has always been the integration of pure organic sound with electronics :: retaining and respecting ancient sound, but amplifying and enhancing it with what is now possible through technology. This Venus Meditation remix represents a huge step forward for us along this journey!
 
During summer 2018, we collaborated with B. Ashra (Bert Olke - Klangswirkstoff Records/GL Audio and Mastering) to produce a deeply considered remix of his original 62-minute Venus Meditation, released in 2016. The original soundscape is tuned to the cosmic octave, specifically to the planetary frequencies of Venus ( A | + 9,64 Cent | 221,23 Hz (110,61 Hz)| 103,7 bpm | colour: yellow-orange ). Further, with a nod to the dolphin imagery often used to depict Venus as the Roman goddess of love, the original composition also includes dolphin songs, recorded in the Atlantic Ocean near La Gomera (Canary Islands). We recorded the flute in one continuous session, in its pure organic form, adding only selected effects to facilitate the integration into the track. The Western concert flute remains on its original tuning. 
 
2018 is the year of Venus – a broad canvas for forgiveness, love, and completion. What more perfect moment could there be to add our voice to this already beautiful composition? We seized the opportunity over the course of these summer months, spending a series of utterly unforgettable summer days and nights with B. Ashra in the GL studio, located on the fairytale campus of BLO-Ateliers in Berlin.

Lobe are a mid-tempo, psychedelic electronic duo based in Melbourne, consisting of
brothers Cody and Jesse Norris.
Growing up in the Victorian bush, they spent their years as teenagers playing drums
and writing music, while taking inspiration from a variety of musical styles from dark,
heavy and progressive, to funk, psychedelic and melodic.
After discovering a love of electronic music and outdoor dance floors, the boys
became inspired to create their own sounds, and began experimenting with
production and sound design.
Lobe blends elements of chill, glitch and bass music, organic rhythms and melodies,
intricate sound design and psychedelia. The result is a unique, diverse and cerebral
listening experience.
