Here’s a tune I wrote perhaps 2 years back and it has been laying in disarray on my laptop for all that time. I finally got some kind of creative burst to finish it and finalize the production. "WaveDream" With relaxing 432Hz healing music. 432hz Tuning is resonant with our biological makeup meaning it vibrates in accordance with the golden mean making it great for healing. With 5hz Theta Isochronic Tones it is both relaxing and uplifting at the same time. The image changes colors throughout the video creating a therapeutic visual effect which is optional.

Meditation Exercise:

1. Sit with feet planted on the floor, or lay down comfortably. Take a deep breath and release.

2. Run your awareness through your body releasing any tension or stress, start at the top of your head, face, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, belly, spine, groin and hips, thighs, calves, ankles, feet, toes.

3. Gently breath in for 4 seconds, then our for 6 releasing the breath slowly. Continue this pattern and observe your breath, if you lose concentration, bring your awareness back to the breath.
