Jason resides in San Jose California. He learned to mix spinning trance on vinyl in the 90’s. More recently, he has entered the digital age, and expanded his styles to include all things psychedelic: ambient, chill, dub, downtempo and trance. He has played on the Lotus Stage at the Shankra Festival in Switzerland, as well as at the famed DNA Lounge in San Francisco, California. He is a resident DJ with Psyahgha, and hosts a monthly psychill and downtempo party in Sacramento, California.
The first track I ever heard from Cosmicleaf was the Cydelix remix of “Landscape” by Kick Bong, and it’s still one of my favorite tracks. The breakdown is just epic. I’ve been a huge fan of Cosmicleaf since, and they make frequent appearances in my sets. I’m always looking forward to great new releases from this label!

Microcosmos Records is happy to present Human Magnetism by Sasha Malkovich.

Sasha Malkovich is a well-known Russian ambient and chill-out producer. Having worked in collaboration with famous pop music projects for more than 20 years, Sasha found his creative path in composing psychedelic music. He is the creator of magnificent musical atmospheres, the immersing mood of his ambient is skillfully blended with energetic rhythms of progressive, and sunny dub lines are garnished with intense breakbeats. His two releases on Microcosmos Records led to Sasha gaining appreciation as a brilliant master in chill-out.

Human Magnetism proceeds with the style of the previous albums. It represents the composer’s reasoning about the place of a human in nature, about the philosophy of interaction between an individual and the society, as well as about solving the environmental and spiritual issues of humankind.

The vocals in the album are performed by Sasha himself. The intense pads fill the listening space with warm sunny energy, the melodies are simply pure, the percussion and the synth effects are a finely-woven music tapestry.

Meet Entrancing Bloom by Tetarise on Microcosmos Records.

The producer of Tetarise is Eugenii Dolgikh from Kursk, Russia. He has been composing electronic music in trance, progressive, chillout, psybient since 2003. Tetarise project has become well-loved among fans of psychedelic music. In 2013 it took part in A State of Mind, a popular trance music radio show. Tetarise became a resident of Microscosmos Records in 2018 and has released several successful albums and EPs.

Entrancing Bloom is a metaphoric story of a bud making its way from the ground to the Sun. The author conceptualizes the basics of sound design creatively by making brand new synth sounds on his own with a modular synthesizer. He uses his recorded samples of live percussions and guitar melodies which creates the very lively sound of the album tracks. The genres of the music are ranged from ambient, trip-hop to progressive chill, progressive trance.
