An algorithm, a code, a sliding stream of knowledge - neon text in a black void, vibrating, rewriting itself faster than the mind can grasp...It is not just a code...It is living directive, a self-replicating gnosis slipping through the neon capillaries of this mechanism...A snake...A glyph in motion....A living thread...It has the power to penetrate the cracks of Maya, rewriting space effortlessly - both the visible and the unmanifested... Its movements form an imperative, a syntax of the inexpressible...Its body is an error in illusion...
This jungle is more than a tangle of roots; it is a microcircuit, an organic motherboard, humming with forgotten frequencies...Is this the call of a machine dreaming itself into nature, or nature dreaming itself into a machine?  

The slide does not feel like a fall but an initiation...No fear...Avant-garde dissolution into Planck particles...Perception refines, language bifurcates, snatching vibrations as the alphabet sheds its skin...Vision becomes an interface, reality a looped hallucination, sleep a feedback spiral folding into itself...A memory fractal...An attempt to rupture the membrane and let in raw information...

To slide down the snake is to surrender to the impulse of ancient song, to let patterns guide you...So - will you resist? Or will you release everything and dissolve into the stream, becoming the ornament itself?

Ultimae proudly presents "OPIA," the second Various Artists compilation curated by Danish DJ Christian Samsara. This artfully assembled collection of ten tracks captures the numinous essence of cinematic ambient music, IDM, and electronica, enveloping listeners in atmospheres that transcend the everyday, leading them into a lush sonic landscape. OPIA ideates the ambiguous intensity of eye contact, which can extrapolate to the profound connection between the music and its audience.

With influences ranging across a wide palette of rhythms, patterns, and pads, OPIA invites exploration of the liminal spaces between sound and silence. Xodie is an electronic project created by Roman Shmyryov from Russia, Saint-Petersburg.

His music brings sound vibrations intended for rising energy, widening awareness, causing unusual feelings and giving physical and sincere bliss. 

It is composed of deep atmospheric background, broken, generally slow electronic and instrumental rhythms with percussions, guitar tunes with different synths and piano keys, psychedelic effects, noises and strange voices.

Xodie’s style is not uniform, it contain elements of Trip-hop, Ambient, IDM, Glitch, and Psybient.

This podcast is recorded live at Xodie's performance at "Mystery" festival by Microcosmos.

Christian Borgmann aka Samsara, is a Danish-born DJ and record collector.
His journey into electronic music began back in his early teenagehood and after a few years, he discovered the electronic ambient genre which grew into his big passion and later on, lead him behind the decks.
Since the beginning of his DJ carreer, he performed at a great number of festivals and events accross the world and of course in his homeland, Denmark.
Inspired by the nature and isolated places, his mixes are often a selection of ambient / downtempo / IDM music with deep cinematic soundscapes and layers of organic textures.
He joins Ultimae Records in 2015 and is currently selecting works for an upcoming compilation release.
