"Inter Aural" is the epic builder for this EP. Their Fx treatments and plenty of teasing climaxes... spitting out futuristic and alienated synth pads… embedding them in soundscapes with a very cinematic sound design: This all makes it a powerful piece of hypnotic music and definitely a highlight on this EP. Other than that it is simply a perfect track to loose yourself in… it offers a highly seductive "comfort zone" of tasty sounds. This is a track you can dance to in the clubs as well as listen at home.

Drawing comparisons to Ben Böhmer and Boris Brejcha, biskuwi looks to find a middle ground between euphoric and exotic sounds on "Blind Man's Labyrinth," while continuing to build out an impressive catalog of original works and point to perhaps the genre's next rising star.

About a year on since their last incursion on the label, acclaimed German duo Township Rebellion resurface on Stil vor Talent with a fresh new three-tracker, right on cue for the busy festival season ahead. Titled "Doppler" after the EP's eponymous lead-track, this new effort also comprises two previously released cuts remastered to further compelling effect, bound to make quite the impact on the dance floor with their all new, fully revitalized sound design. Music to sync your brainwaves and jack your body to, unremittingly. 

As per each occurrence, Township Rebellion show themselves eager to take over the clubs' sound systems with optimum style and firepower, and "Doppler" sure attests to their inimitably floor-efficient approach. The lead single "Doppler" is no stranger to Township Rebellion's signature blends, flush with tribal-infused motifs, peak time cliff-hangers and thunderous outbursts all set against a progressive epic of soaring synths and skull-crushing kick drums. Dwelling the interzone between pure big-room banger territories and unpredictable drifts into wider, open-ended electronic realms, their music eschews classification, forever that nomad sound roaming the confines of DJ functionality and frame-breaking otherworldliness. 

Both presented in sharper-than-ever remastered versions, "Baud" and "About A Tribe" makes for perfect contrapuntal companions to the electrifying, broad scale epic that is "Doppler". An ominous call rallying all souls eager to sail off onto higher raving spheres, "Baud" leaves no stone unturned in its machiavellian plan to merge all dancers in one throbbing mass of energy. Meanwhile, "About A Tribe" showcases the pair's intuitive attraction towards mystique-imbued folk music and polyphonic rhythms, infusing that soulful melodic search into a blazing maelstrom of hi-tech electronic engineering, piano-house addiction and wistful, post-trancey hypnosis that will have you climbing the stairs of euphoria on your hands thru and thru.

Microtrauma have taken on "Otro Ayer" and have added their magic to the already existing alchemy of the original. 
The remix embraces a cosmic quality which you might have come across with experimental music form the late 60ies and 70ies (Pink Floyd) fusing it with a techno beat... 
which struck us enormously as we are aware of how difficult it is to evoke moments of the "Krautrock" age.
We are sure Microtrauma themselves would coin different phrases to describe the track, but this is what we felt when we first heard it.

Ritter Butzke Club, based in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg, celebrates its 8th anniversary. What once started as an illegal rave, is now established on the regular club scene. After all these years, it still maintains the charm of an ‘unfinished’ living room. “8 Years Lost” is a sound document created by resident DJs and friends to represent the vibe of the place and to share it with their listeners.

The release comes with 14 tracks from Nicone`, Koletzki & Schwind, Klangkuenstler or Tigerskin, well mixed with tracks from the residents like: Baal, DJ Aroma or Prismode & Solvane plus some nice goodies from close friends who are also regulars in the venue such as: HRRSN, Kotlett & Zadak or Dapayk Solo. In 1995 simple tracker software got the interest of the two friends Daniel and Ricardo. Thus, they decided to produce a few tracks.
Both shared a common passion for all sorts of different musical styles, which made their early productions very diverse.
Through the many influences of artists from New Order and Depeche Mode to Massive Attack, The Prodigy, Moby and the various techno disciples
of this multi-faceted time, the two of them produced everything they enjoy, be it trip hop, electronica, breaks or techno.

However, in 1999 the two of them went separate ways for reasons of diverging careers.
They quickly lost touch to each other until the contact ceased completely. Yet, the two of them still wished to produce music.
This is why both of them kept working with synthesizers, music software and studio technology creating their own tracks.

In 2003, it was coincidence that brought them back together.
The two friends met again at a small local electro party and soon realised that they still shared the same interest for electronic music as they had four years earlier.
After a few sessions in their domestic living room studios they decided to make more of their hobby and, thus, started renting their first studio in 2005.
Microtrauma was born.

In 2007, Microtrauma had its first release “Wake up“ on the Elected Tunes label. Their first own release “Collar EP” soon was to follow.
Microtrauma has developed its own style from almost ten years of working and tinkering as well as its many influences: melodic, dark, technoid and minimal.
