Both Delphine and Mocke are originally from Paris but both have long since left, Mocke for Brussels and Delphine for the deepest French countryside. That difference can be found in their music. Mocke's music is urbane with a touch of inner-city paranoia. Delphine's music always sounds isolated in a big landscape. They complement each other as opposites.
Le corps défendant (2017) was recorded during a long-term, long(ish)-distance collaboration between Delphine Dora who lives in french deep countryside and Mocke who is based in Brussels. Le Corps defendant lands betwixt experimentalism and avant-pop. It was released in July 2017 by Brussels label Okraïna. Their second LP recorded in a small church in center of France and completely improvised was recorded and mixed by the great sound engineer Cyril Harrison. It will be released on By The Blues of The Seas label in early 2022.
