Dr Pitch is a new take on pitchbend - putting the feature within a versatile sequencer for groovy looped sections or longer re-pitched progressions. 

It'll function for all kinds of MIDI notes including chords and individual notes, with a vast range of possible uses - most notably for making killer bass lines!

Use Dr Pitch to create pitch bend sequences using your mouse or record them in live using the record slider! The lower activation lane will engage the pitch bends, with an option to slide between values, carry them over deactivated steps or reset the bending to 0! 

The activation lane and the main sequcner can be randomised - the latter of which gives you options for random range and position for fine tuning the steps. A grid is also available to divide up the main panel for precise note bending. 

Choose from a range of playback modes, from super fast stepping to slow progressive changes in sync with Ableton Live - all used in combination with the glide feature for more flow. Finally, store up to 20 sequencer presets in your patch and recall them at a later date!

Roel is one of the most prolific and well sought after names in the electronic music sphere. Known for his ability to shape-shift through a whole universe of sound with ease. The emphasis lies in unique sound design, fractured textures and an uncanny ability for rhythmic structures that are both complex and compound. All these elements are seemingly effortlessly blended together in his production work and have led to his music being held in high esteem among peers and the electronic music community.

Releasing music over the years as a solo artist (under various aliases) and also as part of Legiac, Funckarma, Cenik, Quench and many more. The list is extensive to say the least.

Roel's mix for Bricolage is an immersive electronic labyrinth. A musical maze full of twists, turns, melodic delights and meticulous percussion.

50 tracks deep and clocking in at just over two hours long. This is a must listen episode for any fan of abstract electronics.

The RATCHETEER generates MIDI note patterns working in sync with Ableton Live's transport with options for numerous time divisions and the ability to be performed using external MIDI controllers.

Assign a MIDI Note to ratchet and choose from 5 types of time division to hear the note re-triggered from a steady pace to rapid fire mayhem. Select an output velocity with fixed, random between a range or LFO controls.

Turn the knob or play your keyboard to play the ratcheteer at different speeds. It'll output expressive MIDI notes which can be recorded as clips and stored in your track.

The Ratcheteer is ideal for Trap Hi Hat petterns, but can be used on any drum or synth hit. It can also be used on multiple channels for entire rhythm track making.

Time divisions include triplets, whole notes, dotted notes, all combined and free (unclocked).

Use the MIDI Map function to change the ratchet using MIDI controller movements, from knobs, faders, mod wheels or pitchbend. You can also automate numerous elements to store within your track.

Send ratcheted MIDI notes to VSTs, Drum Racks or external MIDI Hardware using Ableton's extensive MIDI routings.  Say goodbye to meticulous MIDI finessing and start performing hi-octane hi-hat patterns!

Ratcheteer - Semi-Automatic MIDI Pattern Generator

METROSTEP is a programmable step sequencer which triggers MIDI notes in time with Ableton Live. Each step of the main sequencer represents a retrigger timing, with low speeds at the bottom and high speeds at the top. 

You'll find it instantly playable for many creative uses - particularly for creating hi-hat and percussive patterns. It's been specially designed to be used on multiple tracks so numerous instances won't conflict like with other Max4Live patches.

The Text Sequencer creates MIDI note sequences from anything you type into the giant text box. Using any ASCII characters, you can create millions of MIDI sequences using letters, numbers and symbols - of up to 64 characters. 

The notes can be outputted freely, or restricted to a musical scale - with options to alter the octave, note velocity and duration. 

Three playback modes allow for forwards, backwards and pin-pong playback, with a tempo interval setting to slow down or speed up playback. 

Make sequences using your phone number, dogs name or a little poem you wrote to a loved one! The sequences can be sent to any synth or drum machine for some incredibly expressive melodies out of the blue.
