In the aftermath of the Fall, when the world was ash and the old orders lay shattered, the Judaslands needed more than hope—they needed guardians. Out of that crucible, the Judasguard was born.

Forged from the survivors of a hundred broken armies, the Judasguard began as a desperate experiment: take the best—soldiers, thinkers, rebels, healers—and give them a single, impossible mandate. Protect the people. Hold the line. Never let another apocalypse slip through the cracks. They wore no single uniform at first, just battered armor and the scars of battles lost. Their only badge was a piece of twisted metal from the first gateway, worn over the heart.

The earliest Judasguard were volunteers and exiles, people who refused to bow to tyrants or submit to the despair that followed the Collapse. They built their code in blood and fire—accountability, honor, and above all, collective responsibility. Their strength was never in numbers, but in conviction: a Judasguard would stand against armies or storms, not because they expected victory, but because someone had to.

As the Judaslands healed, the Judasguard became something more—equal parts peacekeeper, judge, and last resort. Their mission was simple but absolute: defend the vulnerable, uphold the law, and resist the corruption that always followed power. They answered to the Arbiters alone, sworn to intervene only when all else failed, or when the world called for heroes who could not be bought or broken.

Their presence became legend—a squad of black-armored figures, faces hidden behind mirrored visors, stepping from the mist when hope was all but gone. The Judasguard carried the burden of history and the promise of tomorrow. In a world still haunted by catastrophe, they remain what they were meant to be: the last line, the unbroken shield, the soul of the Judaslands made flesh and steel.
