We think the church should unconditionally love everyone. Everywhere.

We believe God is big enough to handle all our questions, and we think the church is a place to explore them together.

We think the church should allow anyone to enter and join the community it offers. 

You’re the kind of person who cares about your fellow human being and what’s happening in the world. You believe in doing good. Helping others. You yearn for a way to be a part of making the world a better place. We feel the same way.

That’s why we’ve worked together to support and advance important issues for over two hundred years — everything from standing up for human rights to helping the homeless and hungry, to providing healthcare in the developing world. We believe that individual acts of kindness done in hometown communities can collectively accomplish great things on a global scale.

For us, this is what church is all about. It’s more than a place to go on a Sunday morning. It’s a place where you can put your beliefs into action. A place to make connections. A place to get involved in opportunities to give back. A place to make a difference. That’s Church.

Midstream is a:
Community church - a church who wants to make a difference in the local community.
Serving church - we want to serve the community by being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ.
 Praying church - only by staying dependent on our heavenly Father, can we have the strength and courage to serve.
 Caring church - all people matter to God and need to be cared for spiritually, emotionally and pastorally.
 Family church - everybody, irrespective of culture and language, is welcome to be part of the family of Jesus Christ through Midstream.
