Third and final single from Mosaica.

For this one I went for a more uplifting theme; I wanted to make something that addresses the current doomerism/hopelessness I notice in a lot of people my age.

While I do fully understand that we face a lot of pressing, serious issues in society today (whether political, social, environmental, etc), a lot still seem to have very defeatist/fatalistic attitudes about them and the outcomes they may bring.

I'm not trying to promote some kind of naive optimism, like a "sit back, everything will be fine!" sort of message, because obviously things don't work like that; part of hope is working towards change. Without change, you're just daydreaming. It's very important to understand the severity of the challenges we face today and actively work towards fixing them, even if it involves fighting for change or dismantling the systems keeping us from getting there.

But at the same time I want people to try and look forward to a better future, and leave the doomer/"we're fucked" mentality behind, because if you think things are irrevocably fucked, then you won't be motivated to try and do anything about them.

I know this is gonna get some eye rolls, and I know this shit has been preached like a thousand times by dozens of different people, but I mean it with 100% sincerity.
