We're kicking-off Christmas week with a fresh and festive Prosecco on Ice, brought to you by Carla Durisch, a selector from Zurich with an incredible flair to create high energy dancefloor vibes.

Carla, who grew up in Zurich and got influenced by the big electronic scene in the biggest Swiss city, first started her DJ career spinning hip hop and urban tunes. 

The transition back to electronic music started while she lived in Berlin. Her sets became more and more house based and she also switched her DJ name to Carla Durisch, her real name. One could say as a step towards a real recognition, self-love and acceptance for the individual and personaI have become.  

Meanwhile Carla has established herself well in the Swiss clubbing scene and is part of impressive lineups at famous venues like Basel's Nordstern or Hive in Zurich.

This year I decided to provide my fellow Burning Man family with a gift that’s intentional and that comes from the heart.  Something that could potentially enhance their experience and guide them through the dust.

And that gif my friends, is the gift of music. 

As we approach the Man Burn and our hearts fill up with excitement. That nervous anticipation that something greater than all of us is about to happen, I want to take a moment to wish you all a happy, healthy and stupid fun burn.

Feel free to download this gift to your device and use it as you please.  It might become useful to you on your way to the playa. When you are still hours away and your streaming services stop. A world explorer born in Bogotá, Colombia, and now based in Miami; MIICHII is Leonardo’s way of expressing his love for music through organic, electronic, and melodic sounds. A former resident DJ at Behrouz’s own “Do Not Sit on The Furniture”, MIICHII’s focus is to expand his sound, “reminiscent of the Burning Man Playa” ( Deep House Amsterdam ), across everywhere. 

Not only he has performed in places such as Burning Man (2017, 2018, 2019), internationally (Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, France, Spain, Germany, The Netherlands), nationally (Analog BKNY, AMAYA, KUNÁ, SBCLTR, Sounddek, Sub Rosa), and locally in Miami (Do Not Sit on The Furniture, Soundtuary, Tree House, The Wynwood Factory), but also has shared stage with Behrouz, Serge Devant, Nico Stojan, Armen Miran, Viken Arman, Atish, Hoj, BLOND:ISH, Brian Cid and Marques Wyatt.
