MIKAELA MONET - In The Dark (feat Kris Kollins)

Mikaela Monet formally known as ALAYA was named “Latin Artist on the Rise”. “Tocamelo”, her second single Featuring Puerto Rican urban rappers Zion & Lennox, reached the 24th place in the Billboard “Latin Pop Songs” Chart. “Tocamelo” hit several top positions in the “Viral Top 50” Charts in more than 12 countries and has over 10 million views on Youtube. In 2020 the artist was nominated in the “Best New Artist Female” category among artists like Rosalia for “Premios lo Nuestro”.

Now starting a new chapter, MIKAELA MONET comes with an unstoppable force, delighting us with a new image, a new sound and her debut as an actress. Mikaela will be starring in the movie “El Sueño de Ayer”, a Fiction Latin feature film inspired by the King of Mambo, “Dámaso Pérez Prado”. The movie will be under the direction of the Mexican award-winning director Emilio Maillé, where Mikaela will be playing the leading role along-side Ruben Albarrán, lead vocalist from the well-known Mexican band "Café Tacvba".
