Since we have received countless blessings from the sacred lands of Portugal we are grateful for the opportunity to give something back. All the income from the compilation will be donated to fund an organization that is planting trees. How often the Golden Sparrow is overlooked, its power taken for granted. Although it is small, the sparrow is both powerful and productive. It’s resilience and integrity shows us that we do not have to be big to make a difference. We don't need the best and biggest things in order to be happy. The sparrow totem reminds us that our self-worth can come from our energy and passion for the simple things that fill us with motivation and love. Follow the flight of the sparrow, listen to its song, and look for the joy of a simple life.

This set was recorded and played for an online virtual dance event for the Asheville Movement Collective. It's always an honor and pleasure to provide these journeys. Thank you for your support and for dancing. <3
