Super interesting concept. I feel like the listener can interpret machine to mean many other things. Same thing for going blind. The synthwave sound is fun and matches the entitled absurdity of it all quite well. Nicely done, Mike!

I into an 80's kick at the moment.  This is based on a short story idea where the man went blind only to discover his eyesight had all these years been dependent on a machine in his house.  After that, he had an issue trusting anyone around him since he didn't know who had turned off the machine in the first place.

An Ambience Of Something Weird (Beat Mix)

A song loosely based on my musical "career, I don't often base my lyrics on reality/personal experience but guess there are a few exceptions. I actually found this somewhat difficult to write.  I went through 5 versions/edits. I did not pay special attention to rhyming at first, but gradually changed the lyrics until the rhyme scheme worked for me. Obviously I am not one for "free writing"; all my poems could be said to be "old fashioned"....

I’m a song-writer who enjoys creating music of any genre.

My son recently introduced me to A.I. and taught me how to do covers of my previously released non-A.I. music. Since I've never considered myself a performer (except playing with worship bands at church or solo-piano at a rehab center) using A.I. is right up my alley.

Since I've  exhausted using my previously released music for A.I. covers, I now compose music in a DAW, rip to a wave file, and make an A.I. cover of this wave file. I then write lyrics to the A.I. music. It takes around 100 A.I. iterations to complete the lyrics and get a style I'm happy with.  

Brief Bio: Lived more than a quarter of my life overseas (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, Italy, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan). Each country gave me an appreciation for different types of music plus probably why I get bored easily in sticking with one genre or another.
