I'm here to share and appreciate all genres of music.  Most of what I am currently recording is electronic, and largely ambient, in nature; however, I have recently started recording cover songs of various tunes.  So, since I'm no longer strictly ambient (only mostly), I've changed my SoundCloud name to Smooth Waters Sonic Journeys.  Headphones greatly enhance the listening experience. Iam interested in music, mainly for yoga,massage and meditation.  Iam lucky enough to have collaborated with several musicians, setting my voice and words to amazing sounds.

Guitarist and composer John Reidar Holmes creates moody and dream-like ambient music. His particular sound is shaped using modular synthesizers and treated electric and acoustic guitars.
