The young German DJ and producer has been working away tirelessly to create his hart hitting yet emotional sound which was clearly displayed in his recent release on our label titles 'Vanish Into Memory'. Having also released on other big labels such as Coup, zwyrg is starting to make a real name for himself. We are happy to have him as part of the Ismus label family.

He has delivered just under an hour of rolling emotions with a tough techno background taking us smoothly into the weekend.

Biography 

Genex is the newest product of today’s Techno scene, defined by fast paced grooves that keep you moving and synths that stab your soul. This guy will do some serious damage to the dancefloor.

From the moment Jim van de Ruit (’02) got in touch with playing the guitar at the age of 11, he knew he wanted to become a musician. Since then, he kept on making music and switched to electronic music when he was 15. But after visiting his first real rave, he knew he wanted to make some techno like the professionals. Currently he is stacking up a lot of tracks. If you’re planning to visit a rave anytime soon, you’ll be blown away by the energy Genex brings on stage.

Angie smashed the hard room at our System Damage presents Adam Ellis event in March! Room was packed! Big thanks to Angie for the mix! Expect hard Driving Techno with some surprises ;)

This month its a harder set from me for the second half, so expect some heavy but bouncy Techno!!!

Denn Punk is a Rotterdam based DJ and producer. He started his career as a DJ with vinyl in the early 90s and this can still be heard in his sets and productions. Expect old school grooves with funky tunes, combined with pumping beats to get you moving. Due to the abundance of percussion, his style is rightly categorized as (hard)groovy techno. Together with Eva Bohnen he curates MEUK Collective, an oldschool techno collective and record label. For over two decades he was one of the figureheads of the German "Drum & Bass" under his "alter ego" "CATIVO".
Toured across Germany, Europe's major cities such as Porto, Brussels, Ghent, Groningen, Rome, Napoli, Vienna, Salzburg, Linz, Zurich, Prague, Bratislava, Bozen, Innsbruck ect. u. the USA.
Countless club u. Festival gigs paved his way before he devoted himself to his new techno project "MIKE OPANI" 4 years ago and reinvented himself completely.

he startet out in the 90ties as a Techno DJ at some Techno Events.
1997 he got into „Drum&Bass“
He played a big roll in the development of „German Drum&Bass“ under his „alter ego“ „CATIVO“

Due the love of Technomusic he is back and delivers 3 Trax of his vision of Techno and Acid.

In den 90er Jahren startetet er als DJ auf diversen Techno Partys um sich dann1997 dem Drum&Bass zu widmen.
Unter dem Pseudonym „CATIVO“ trug er massgeblich zur Entwicklung der Deutschen „Drum&Bass Szene“ bei und gilt heute als einer der Urväter der selbigen.
Bekannt ist er vor allem durch seine arbeiten unter dem Pseudonym „CATIVO“ unter dem er Produktionen für nationale und internationale Labels wie  „Force Inc./Position Chrome“, „Urban Takeover U.K.“, „Freak Rec.“, „Hidden Trax“ und seinem eigenen Label „Assimilate Recordings“ veröffentlicht hat.

Die liebe zum Techno bestand all die Jahre weiterhin. 
2015 entschloss er sich auch wieder im Techno aktiv zu werden.
2016 folgten die ersten Techno Release auf MT- Music/Austria.
2017 Wurde „MARIKA ROSSA“ auf seiner Production aufmerksam und signet umgehend seine Trax für eine E.P. auf ihrem Label „FreshCut“.
2018 startet seine eigene Partyreihe „CONCLUSION“ in Stuttgart.
