ist das neue Projekt von Michael Paino.
In den 90er Jahren startetet er als DJ auf diversen Techno Partys um sich dann1997 dem Drum&Bass zu widmen.
Unter dem Pseudonym „CATIVO“ trug er massgeblich zur Entwicklung der Deutschen „Drum&Bass Szene“ bei und gilt heute als einer der Urväter der selbigen. Bekannt ist er vor allem durch seine arbeiten unter dem Pseudonym „CATIVO“ unter dem er Produktionen für nationale und internationale Labels wie „Force Inc./Position Chrome“, „Urban Takeover U.K.“, „@FreakRec.“, „Hidden Trax“ und seinem eigenen Label „Assimilate Recordings“ veröffentlicht hat.
Die liebe zum Techno bestand all die Jahre weiterhin.
2015 entschloss er sich auch wieder im Techno aktiv zu werden.
2016 folgten die ersten Techno Release auf MT- Music/Austria.
2017 Wurde „@MARIKAROSSA“ auf seiner Production aufmerksam und signet umgehend seine Trax für eine E.P. auf ihrem Label „FreshCut“.
2018 Folgten Release auf „@SEBASTIANGROTH Label „@ReWasted“ und „Original Traxx“

Er bespielt Weltweit Clubs und Festivals wie:
SonneMondSterne, Nature 1, Fusion, Splash, Klangtherapie Rheinkultur Nightscapes (Belgium), Lovefield, MS-Connection, Der weiße Hase, Magnet uvm.

MIKE OPANI is the new Project of Michael Paino. He started out in the 90s as a Techno DJ at some Techno Events. 1997 he got into Drum & Bass which he played a big role in the development of German Drum & Bass.

For over two decades he was one of the figureheads of the German Drum & Bass under his alter ego "CATIVO".
Toured across Germany, Europe's major cities such as Porto, Brussels, Ghent, Groningen, Rome, Napoli, Vienna, Salzburg, Linz, Zurich, Prague, Bratislava, Bozen, Innsbruck ect.
Countless clubs. Festival gigs paved his way before he devoted himself to his new techno project "MIKE OPANI" 4 years ago and reinvented himself completely.

Due to the love of Techno music he is back and delivers 3 Trax of his vision of Techno and Acid.

As The Poeticast consummates #68, we remain in the UK this week as Manchester's Phil Denton drops by to lay some pounding Techno on our speakers with another astounding Guest Mix.

Mancunian through and through, Phil Denton came across techno as a welcome knock on effect of one flirtatious moment with trance in his teens. Keen to build on this new interest, Phil continued to explore electronic music, eventually seeing him become one of the founders and resident DJs of Dirty Analogue, a night that has provided a stage for many now household names to make their UK/Manchester debuts. Skipping forward a year or two Phil joined the fray at Manchester's no-nonsense techno affair Colour, playing alongside the likes of Ben Sims, DJ Rush, Robert Hood, and Surgeon to name just a few, and can now be found playing for Process Manchester supporting the likes of Dave Clarke and Jeroen Search. 

Alongside his expanding DJ presence, Phil's obsession for rolling beats has lead to significant output in the studio. Having turned his hand to production a few years back, Phil is forging a tidy reputation as an artist, with a steady discography already behind him including EP's and remixes for F.O.S, Audio Borderline and Tono Limited. With his rate of output increasing steadily, Phil is also focusing on the deeper side of techno in the studio, and takes both deep and dubby vibes into his DJ sets whilst his UK roots remain prominent, often utilising three or more decks.

Manuel kam 1994 in Hockenheim zur Welt und fand 2013 zur Technoszene. Er gehört u.a. zu namenhaften Labels, wie ERROR, Techno Allianz, Alice im Technoland und Nuclear Records und hat somit als DJ und Producer eine verdammt starke Support-Gruppe hinter sich.

Ob Köln, Frankfurt, Mannheim, Stuttgart oder Koblenz - SIRO ist deutschlandweit bereits in einigen Städten aufgetreten und hat als Artist mehr als nur das nötige „know-how“. Als gut gebuchter DJ und einer Vielzahl von Producing-Collabs, kann man definitiv behaupten, das Manuel als großer Teil der Szene nicht mehr weg zu denken ist. Er hat sich seinen Weg erkämpft und darf zurecht einen guten Ruf genießen.

Am 15.07.19 wurde sein Edit Track „I See Fire“, von Ed Sheeran & Jasmine Thompson,
vom @Fazemag auf Platz 2 der Must-Plays gekürt.

Charley Hustle (The Hustle Standard) brought in the young and talented UK producer, Lost Soul, to do a special remix version of the entire Rob Bailey & The Hustle Standard smash hit EP, ‘Battle Tested’.

The original album dropped on May 15, 2012 and shot straight to #1 on the iTunes Top Electronic Albums chart followed by a debut at #13 on the Billboard Heatseeker’s chart later that week. With the help of their publishers, Wonderlous Music Publishing, fan favorite track “Hungry” was selected as ESPN's "Elite 11" 2012 mini-series theme song and was placed in a SportsCenter Arian Foster feature sponsored by Under Armor (see here: http://www.dlpentertainment.com/work/arian-foster-armour/).

For over two decades he was one of the figureheads of the German "Drum & Bass" under his "alter ego" "CATIVO".
Toured across Germany, Europe's major cities such as Porto, Brussels, Ghent, Groningen, Rome, Napoli, Vienna, Salzburg, Linz, Zurich, Prague, Bratislava, Bozen, Innsbruck ect. u. the USA.
Countless club u. Festival gigs paved his way before he devoted himself to his new techno project "MIKE OPANI" 4 years ago and reinvented himself completely.

He played a big roll in the development of „German Drum&Bass“ under his „alter ego“ „CATIVO“

Due the love of Technomusic he is back and delivers 3 Trax of his vision of Techno and Acid.

In den 90er Jahren startetet er als DJ auf diversen Techno Partys um sich dann1997 dem Drum&Bass zu widmen.
Unter dem Pseudonym „CATIVO“ trug er massgeblich zur Entwicklung der Deutschen „Drum&Bass Szene“ bei und gilt heute als einer der Urväter der selbigen.
Bekannt ist er vor allem durch seine arbeiten unter dem Pseudonym „CATIVO“ unter dem er Produktionen für nationale und internationale Labels wie  „Force Inc./Position Chrome“, „Urban Takeover U.K.“, „Freak Rec.“, „Hidden Trax“ und seinem eigenen Label „Assimilate Recordings“ veröffentlicht hat.

Die liebe zum Techno bestand all die Jahre weiterhin. 
2015 entschloss er sich auch wieder im Techno aktiv zu werden.
2016 folgten die ersten Techno Release auf MT- Music/Austria.
2017 Wurde „MARIKA ROSSA“ auf seiner Production aufmerksam und signet umgehend seine Trax für eine E.P. auf ihrem Label „FreshCut“.
2018 startet seine eigene Partyreihe „CONCLUSION“ in Stuttgart.
