Paul Revere & The Raiders from 1965-1971 filled the top 40 charts with a ton of hits. As well as the House band for Dick Clark's"Where the action is" tv show on ABC. And their own show Happening in 1968. Turn this up to 11. Sadly Paul Revere passed away in 2014 from cancer.

The latest from Pirate Radio,Lynyrd Skynyrd . Band formed in Jacksonville Florida,charted 5 songs in the top 40 until a plane crash on Oct. 20,1977. Killed in the crash, singer Ronnie Van Zant,guitarist Steve Gaines and his sister Cassie. This podcast contains all their hits as well as a 14 minute live version of Free Bird, a song that was a tribute to the late Duane Allman of the Allman Bros. Band. Turn this up to 11.
