Rest assured, Mike, it works beautifully in this arrangement.  I wrote dozens of songs when I was 15/16 ish - lord knows where they went  - but none were anywhere near this quality.

Great song from a youthful mind, and refreshed with an adult's understanding and musical refinement.

If I had been able to write this at 16 I'd have been more than happy. Stands up so well with this cool arrangement. Sometimes the writer grows into an early piece, they start to understand the truth in it. Thanks for sharing Mike

Maybe I'm out of line... especially since I set the levels too high when recording it.  But there's something about this recording: I guess beauty is in the ear of the beholder...
