Here's an old song I finished today. Hope the master is at least alright. Never good with that. Don't mind the bad meaning of the title btw, I never know how to name my modules...
Oh yeah, this isn't just 5/4, I made this based on a 5/4 structure. But of course there are polyrhythms hehe.
Samples come from various sources, wether MIDI or arcade game soundfonts, to default OpenMPT samples (I believe) or YTPMV samps (yes, I still do these).

This track was originally made for an arcade cabinet in a VRChat world but has since been removed. It also started a game concept and a bunch of music tracks for said game but I usually don't upload a lot of my work because I don't think they're good enough. I might upload more some day but currently most I upload kinda don't go anywhere.

Serum, Jun-6, KLE M1 and, unironically, the SGM soundfont being featured here, with Image-Line's Frequency Shifter, NI Raum, Virtual Mix Rack and Delay 3 putting in some hard work FX wise.

The test before was a bit more about creating a vibe using some non-standard delays to warp the drum sounds fairly hard. Much in the same vein as the other track, this sort of ambient, deep reese bass thing is something I was (and still am, frankly) really digging and planning an album around. I don't imagine this one will go much further than this, this was a soundscape demo and breaking the loop is going to be... difficult, but hey!

The song, I think, resembles a feeling when you're sitting patiently, waiting on a bus or a job interview or going somewhere else for a walk.

I wrote this song in this commission outside of the album, "Sound Canvas Works", I haven't come up with many ideas but this is the part when I decided to make it simple.
It was supposed to end this song a bit longer than 5 minutes but adding more melodies and sections
might take a lot of thought to modulate and needs to end the same key in F-sharp major, so my
intention was to end it at 4 minutes.
In the end, it was only made as a draft and it wasn't included in the final writing (thus leaving only the bass, EPs and drums) but I had to keep it because the song has to be simplistic.

The instruments of this song contains a balance between live and electronic instruments;
Bass, leads, pads and effects are synthesized while
Two electric pianos, sax, drums (and bongos) were intended to make it sound real.

Sysex and instrument patches can be critical to some MIDI players and hardware sound modules,
including the user drum, insertion effects on EPs, micro effects on delay and EQ and modulations on saxophones.
No additional processing required.
