Kjel Keast is an english singer/songwriter, composer, producer and engineer. Having been immersed in music from a young age, his involvement with music spiralled from early classical guitar lessons to studying sound engineering at college.

Starting a band in his early teens was where Kjel found his love for performing live; and after having fronted the band, he moved onto guitar and vocals for another band. Two years later and band number 3 was in the pipe lines, coinciding with an interest with playing drums and taking up lessons. This then lead on to forming an additional band, but taking a back seat on the drums, an experience which really helped him grow as a drummer and as a well rounded musician.

Over the years he has learnt, tested and accomplished working with many styles, which is recreated and reflected in his music. With songs ranging from acoustic to rock, and compositions varying from electronic to classical, Kjel has built up a wide collection of material and experience working with different genres.

Having experienced writing music to be used in apps and games for Foquita Productions, along with composing music for film, Kjel is eager to venture further into a Producer and Songwriter role. In addition, he is currently writing and recording demo's for a debut EP as well as looking for other artists to collaborate with.
