Rocking venues from South beach to around the globe, DJ Kaos, born Nicholas Villamizar, was raised in the beautiful city of Miami. Coming from aColombian and Puerto Rican background, the bilingual artist realized his passion for music and the joy of entertaining others from the start. With this enthusiasm and being exhilarated by the energy and excitement of the crowds, he has devoted more than half his life to following the sound of the beats. Through his unique ability to effortlessly blend any musical genre no matter the audience or setting, Kaos is an international party sensation!

From the young age of 14, he developed an interest in the DJ scene and began djing for local community charity events, school pep-rallies, and house parties. By the age of 19, he had already made guest appearances at various Miami top nightclubs including landing his first residency at  the world-famous Club Space in Downtown Miami. He began traveling, and performing at exotic locations such as Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic just to mention a few. He also starred frequently on NBC Universal’s Mun2 “The Roof,” a national television show that displayed upcoming venues and artists.

Other accomplishments include working special promotional events for international brand name companies such as Victoria’s Secret, Best Buy and Puma. He has collaborated with top luxury hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental, EPIC Hotel, InterContinental Miami, and Trump International Beach Resort. He is also currently the official DJ for CFA (Championship Fighting Alliance), South Florida’s Top MMA Organization. Additionally, he has participated in many festivals including Florida International University’s Pachanga on the Bay and Salsa Fest at West Palm Beach.

Currently, DJ Kaos is teaming up with Blue Martini, Taverna Opa, and Off the Hookah as their Main DJ in select South Florida locations. He is alsoworking alongside other artists to create a diversified music portfolio and is planning to continue developing in the music production field.

DJ Kaos’ technical mastery is noteworthy as he plays a clear, ringing sound that brings added depths to his performances. His remarkable talent is incessantly rising with poise as him and his career mature.

After much success with his previous moniker, Stupid Fresh, producer Chris Elliot started his his solo project "Nom De Strip" in 2009. Chris has since gone on to release many underground hits, and more recently has put out two acclaimed EP's - Clouds EP Vol 1 and Vol 2 - as well as an official remix of Tommy Trash’s ‘Monkey See Monkey Do’. All these tracks finding their natural home on deadmau5's highly successful mau5trap label imprint.

Nom has been hailed as one to watch by industry heavyweights such as deadmau5, Tiesto, Swedish House Mafia, Wolfgang Gartner, Tommy Trash, Dada Life and Dirty South. The producer was greeted with massive support from deadmau5 in 2012, leading to a string of remixes under the mau5trap label. Recent key tracks include ‘The Nothing’, 'Swagnum P.I.', and a remix of mau5's ‘Channel 42', both tracks having a meteoric impact online.

In 2013, he signed an exclusive deal with Chris Lake’s Rising Music label. With his forthcoming and eagerly anticipated collaboration with Hatiras called “Nippleodeon” as well as collabs with Chris Lake, TJR, and Nezzo to name a few, Nom De Strip is no doubt one to watch.
