There are moments in life where darkness feels heavier than it should…
where the past echoes louder than we want it to…
and where finding solid ground feels like a miracle in slow motion.

This song was written in one of those moments.

“Shadows on the Water” is about facing the weight you’ve carried,
owning the scars you earned,
and realizing that even when the world feels still, you’re still moving.
Still growing.
Still standing.

These lyrics came from a real place.
A place of rebuilding.
A place of letting go.
And finally, a place of taking back control.

If this song finds you in a hard season, I hope it gives you a little light.
If you’re on the other side of it, I hope it reminds you how far you’ve come.
