I've been spending allot of time studying his content and learning from some of my favorite techno artists. The process has been so entertaining and rewarding. I really feel I am finding my feet and the direction I want to grow as a producer.

Mike Eye (Michael Louth) is a South African DJ and producer with 16 years of experience behind the decks and 6 years producing music. His sound is rooted in deep, hypnotic techno, shaped over years of playing to discerning dance floors and refined through regular appearances at TOYTOY, one of the country’s most respected underground nights.

Raised on a wide range of music—from classic rock to experimental electronics—Mike brings a sense of emotional depth and sonic storytelling to both his DJ sets and productions. His style is versatile yet focused, often drifting into tripped-out textures, rolling rhythms, and immersive grooves.

As a producer, his tracks reflect the same attention to atmosphere and detail that define his performances. Each release builds on years of listening, experimenting, and performing, resulting in music that feels both personal and dance floor-ready.

Hailing from the east of Johannesburg, Rhythmsublime always found a deep connection with music, electronic especially, being introduced and influenced at a young age by some of the most generation defining artist of their time, like Moby, Faithless, Larry Heard, and Night Crawlers. 
Being an avid collector of music since then, he felt the need to share his selection and delved into DJing 
His sets comprise of warm driving bass lines, hypnotic vocals and sublime percussion, playing a diverse selection of Deephouse and Dub Techno, all in the hopes of creating emotion and rhythm amongst his listeners.
