ROBotron, azaz Sipos Róbert 1974-ben született Tatabányán. A 90-es évek végén találkozott először a technóval; eleinte csak látogatta a klubokat-partykat, szívta magába a zenét és figyelt. Szinte második otthonává vált az 1999-ben nyíló Supersonic Technikum, és az ehhez kapcsolódó techno-rendezvények. Akik szakmai életében fontosak és említésre méltók: DJ Grega, aki tudtán kívül mutatott utat a Techno irányába, valamint Mixersmith, akitől az első komolyabb technikai felszerelését kapta. ROBotron a kezdetek óta töretlen képviselője ennek a nem éppen populáris vonalnak. A technón belül elsősorban industrial és dark vonalon mozog - konokul igyekszik underground maradni, már amennyire lehet manapság... A mixelés mellett igazából a zeneszerkesztés az, ami magával ragadta, keresi-kutatja az új hangzást. Zenéje egyszerre modern és ősi: abból a korból, amikor a zene ösztönből született, hangokból, érzésekből...
Több kiadóval tárgyalt - és tárgyal ma is. 2011-ben jelent meg Mixersmith-tel közös debütáló albuma, a "General Effect" az Audioexit Records gondozásában. Ezt követően kezdett felfigyelni rá a hazai és nemzetközi szakma: jöttek a felkérések, mixek, rádiós műsorok. Több munkája került fel különböző válogatáslemezekre, valamint közismert DJ-k és producerek használják azokat előszeretettel saját mixeikben is.

The label bosses The Advent and Industrialyzer team up with Hugo Paixao and they are releasing an excellent EP on Codeworks. Kicking off this EP is the title track ‘Mutant’ which creates a big chunky affair full of dark beats with smooth percussion on the foreground. A very nice and intense production with smooth string getting along. ‘Twisted’ follows, featuring stabbing and rolling deep basslines mixed up with nice and melodic riffs. Can be better than that? Three excellent producers getting along and they produce two techno anthems for Codeworks. Enjoy

Shadowy Avian duo SHXCXCHCXSH toast their upcoming debut LP with a simply amazing mix.

The Avian label has firmly established itself as a potent force in contemporary techno since it was founded by Shifted and Ventress in late 2011 with a singular sonic and visual aesthetic, ensuring a palpable sense of excitement and expectation attached to whichever artist from the small roster of Avian artists stepped forward to deliver the label's first full length album. That the honour has been handed to SHXCXCHCXSH with the soon to drop STRGTHS LP adds a further element of intrigue thanks to the lack of discernible information regarding the allegedly Swedish pair.

The forthcoming album is a logical progression from the material SHXCXCHCXSH have released thus far on Avian, Semantica and Subsist, delving further into the realm of hollowed-out techno across seven cuts brandishing typically scrambled track titles. Having agreed to contribute a mix, SHXCXCHCXSH turned in a thunderous hour long selection that contains moments of sheer sonic devastation (around the 40 minute mark in particular) yet also fits in specially edited post punk curios, demonic chanting and unreleased material, some of which is on the upcoming album.

The mix has been a near constant on the Juno Plus office stereo since we received it; however, attempts to engage SHXCXCHCXSH in further dialogue were met with short shrift with the following cryptic message their sole response:
