DJ and Producer Mikekon is deeply rooted in the underground music scene. With early influence from pioneers out of New York, Chicago and Detroit, Mike crafted his skills in Eora/Sydney local scene for 20 years as well as playing interstate and abroad. 
1/3 of legendary party House Your Soul which championed the soulful house scene in Sydney in the 2010’s, Mike later set up WIP Music in 2019. A dance music label and party, presenting a conversation through music via releases, mixes and parties paying homage to the roots of electronic dance whilst promoting a safe community of culture and art.

Being billed, hosting and playing with the greats such as Louie Vega, Danny Krivit, DJ Spinna, Osunlade and Timmy Regisford, has shaped his sonic journey into the artist he has become.
