My music journey began when I was 8 years old playing drums. Over time I have learned to play many instruments and have been on rock/metal bands. I enjoyed playing guitar the most but I always felt I loved composing and writing music the most. I started clubbing when I turned 21, all sorts of music were played at the clubs but techno was the one that hooked me. I began to Dj and play in small private parties for my friends and then I focused on learning the recording and production side of things about music. 

I love the harder hits and the massive atmospheres in a track , that is what i offer as a Dj . Djing influences come from djs and producers like : Comet , Artcøre techno, Luix spectrum, klaudia gawlas, Amelie lens , DVS, Boris brechja, and most importantly highly Motivated by the Underground dark techno made in Germany!

Bio: 

Hailing from Germany, Mike Maass started his career back in 2009. His signature sound is a well-crafted blend of driving, energetic, heavy hitting techno.

With his hard work and consistent releases on top labels like Trapez, Brood Audio, 1605, TK Records, 069 Techno and his very own "Black Circus", Mike has cemented his position as one of the most exciting new talents to keep an eye out for.

Mike has been showcased at clubs like Tresor, Butan, U60311, Villa Rouge (FR), Bootshaus, Borderline(CH), Toika (CA) and LVC (NL). He has had the honor of dropping his throbbing techno sets at countless festivals like Nature One, Ruhr in Love, Heaven & Hill, Feier Rhein and Open Beatz.

With several collaborations and remixes under his belt, Mike has worked with many other artists like Hans Bouffmyhre, Adam Jay, Yan Cook, Subfractal, Niereich, Torsten Kanzler and Spark Taberner.

Mike Maass is setting his goals high and is already reaching the uppermost echelons of the genre so watch out for his exceptional shows all around the world.

In the end of 2018, he decided to quit his career after eight years going on tour every weekend. New plans were already made. It's time to say goodbye. Thank you all and all the best for everyone.

Biografie:
Siggbert, der mit bürgerlichem Namen Mario Sigg heißt, in Karlsruhe am 04.08.1991 geboren und aufgewachsen ist und Schon mit 17 Jahren hörte Siggbert das das erste mal elektronische Tanzmusik von Paul Kalkbrenner. Von dem Moment an war es Liebe zwischen Siggbert und der Musik. Das klassische auflegen mit Vinyl wurde ihm leider nicht gelehrt, also begann alles mit einem Laptop und einem Hercules Controller!
Anfangs Spielte Siggbert Tech-House. Aber irgendwie fehlte ihm das „Besondere“ und machte sich auf die Suche nach „dem Techno.“ Es kam der erste Besuch im Culteum in Karlsruhe, wo er das erste mal Techno von A. Paul hörte. Genau diese Musik beeindruckte ihn so sehr, dass er sich sofort die ersten Tracks von A. Paul runter geladen hat und sich an das Mixen wagte. Siggbert hat „das besondere“ gefunden, und seine ersten Sets aufgenommen und auf Soundcloud hochgeladen!
Mit der Zeit ist aus Siggbert und der Liebe zur elektronischen Tanzmusik eine Leidenschaft geworden, die sich wirklich hören lassen kann und absolut Club – und Feiertauglich ist. 
Siggbert’s Musik zeichnet sich durch treibenden, vorangehenden Techno aus. Der dunkle dreckige Beat lässt einen nicht still stehen und treibt von der ersten Sekunde an zum tanzen! Mittlerweile besteht sein Equipment aus einem Pioneer Mixer und einem Allen&Health K2 mit der er ordentlicj Dampf ablassen kann!
