He tenido la fortuna de conocerlo desde hace unos 4 años y desde entonces cada conversación que hemos tenido sobre cosas importantes de la vida me ha otorgado mucha luz, mucho entendimiento y sobre todo un sentido de compromiso conmigo mismo para trabajar lo interior... "Gnothi Seauton" (conócete a ti mismo) como decía el viejo Oráculo. 🏛

EL SENDERO son 7 minutos con mantras, instrumentos y melodías ancestrales tomadas de diferentes partes del mundo que acompañan el mensaje del Abuelo  ☯🎶

Estas palabras de Claudino las tome, con su permiso, como parte de un mensaje de Whatsapp 📞 mientras conversamos de la vida, del aprendizaje, y del camino. Horas después recordando nuestra conversación, me di cuenta que el mensaje era tan sabio, tan sentido y tan bonito, que le hablé nuevamente a Claudino a ver si me permitía musicalizarlo y compartirlo con el mundo. Así nace esta iniciativa, de forma espontánea e improvisada. 

Finalmente, me gustaría añadir que algunas personas, cuando escuchan este tema,  me preguntan de que medicina se habla…Pero la respuesta no es una sola, pues la medicina puede estar en las Plantas, en el ejercicio diario, en el silencio, en una palabra sabia, en el Arte o la Música, cuando comunica y conecta con lo mejor que hay en ti. La medicina esta en ti, siempre TU eres la medicina.
